تعلن شركة International Maritime Industries عن وظيفة فني ضبط أبعاد (QC - Dimension Control) في المنطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، السعودية. يهدف الدور إلى ضمان تنفيذ أنشطة ضبط الأبعاد وما يتعلق بها بأمان وفعالية وكفاءة وفقاً للمتطلبات الفنية وسياسات الشركة، مع التحسين المستمر لإدارة ضبط الأبعاد في المشاريع.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء فحوصات الأبعاد على كتل السفن والوحدات والتجميعات لضمان الامتثال للرسومات والمواصفات والتفاوتات المسموح بها.
  • التحقق من المحاذاة والتسطيح والعمودية والاستواء للمكونات الهيكلية أثناء مراحل التصنيع والتركيب.
  • إجراء مسوحات الأبعاد للوضع النهائي باستخدام أدوات مثل المحطات الشاملة وأجهزة تتبع الليزر والمزواة وأدوات القياس الدقيقة.
  • ضمان المعايرة السليمة والتعامل السليم مع أدوات ضبط الأبعاد ومعدات المسح.
  • فحص مكونات التجهيزات (القواعد والدعامات والاختراقات وغيرها) من حيث الدقة البعدية قبل التركيب.
  • إعداد تقارير فحص الأبعاد التفصيلية، بما في ذلك الانحرافات وعدم المطابقة والإجراءات التصحيحية الموصى بها.
  • الإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات في الأبعاد لفرق الإنتاج والهندسة ومراقبة الجودة لحلها في الوقت المناسب.
  • التنسيق مع فرق الهندسة والإنتاج واللحام لحل مشكلات الأبعاد.
  • تحديد أي مشكلات في المعدات والتنسيق لصيانتها أو إعادة معايرتها.
  • التحقق من أن أنشطة التصنيع والتركيب تتبع خطط الفحص والاختبار المعتمدة وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة وإجراءات ضبط الأبعاد.
  • اتباع إجراءات السلامة في حوض بناء السفن وضمان التنفيذ الآمن لأنشطة الفحص.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو بكالوريوس من الجامعة.
  • شهادة في المسح والمعلومات الجغرافية المكانية، وتدريب ومؤهل في الرسم والنمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد باستخدام الحاسب الآلي (3D CAD).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في أعمال الجودة في صناعات الهندسة البحرية (بناء السفن والحفارات).
  • إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

Description

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

To ensure that dimension control and related activities are executed safely, effectively, and efficiently in accordance with relevant technical requirements, company policies and procedures, and continually improving

on projects dimension control management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform dimensional inspections on ship blocks, modules, and assemblies to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
  • Verify alignment, flatness, plumbness, and levelness of structural components during fabrication and erection stages.
  • Conduct as-built dimensional surveys using tools such as total stations, laser trackers, theodolites, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Ensure proper calibration, handling, and use of dimensional control instruments and survey equipment.
  • Inspect outfitting components (foundations, supports, penetrations, etc.) for dimensional accuracy before installation.
  • Prepare detailed dimensional inspection reports, including deviations, non-conformities, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Communicate dimensional discrepancies to production, engineering, and QC teams for timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and welding teams to resolve dimensional issues.
  • Identify any equipment issues and coordinate for maintenance or recalibration.
  • Verify that fabrication and installation activities follow approved ITPs, QCPs, and dimensional control procedures.
  • Follow shipyard safety procedures and ensure safe execution of inspection activities.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education Diploma/Graduation from the university.

Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations)

Certificates relating to valid professional qualification:

  • Certification in Survey and Geoinformatics Training and Qualification in 3D CAD Drawing and Modelling.


Experience

Minimum of 8:10 years’ experience, relating to quality works of marine engineering industries (ship & rig - buildings)

Languages English / Arabic.
