شركة International Maritime Industries تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مفتش اختبارات غير إتلافية (NDT Inspector) في المنطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، المملكة العربية السعودية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى إجراء فحص اللحامات والمواد باستخدام تقنيات الاختبار غير الإتلافي المتقدمة، وتحديد المطابقة أو العيوب وإعداد التقارير بدقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء اختبارات NDT مثل الاختبار بالموجات فوق الصوتية (UT)، والاختبار الإشعاعي (RT)، والاختبار بالجسيمات المغناطيسية (MT)، والاختبار بالسوائل المخترقة (PT)، والفحص البصري، والاختبار بالموجات فوق الصوتية باستخدام المصفوفات المرحلية (PAUT)، واختبار حيود زمن الطيران بالموجات فوق الصوتية (TOFD).
  • مراقبة عمليات NDT لضمان الامتثال للوائح السلامة ومعايير الجودة وأفضل الممارسات الصناعية.
  • مساعدة فني NDT في إعداد ومعايرة معدات NTD وفقاً للإجراءات المقررة.
  • المساعدة في صيانة معدات NTD والحفاظ عليها لضمان عملها بشكل سليم.
  • تخصيص الموارد بما في ذلك الأفراد والمعدات والمواد لمشاريع NDT.
  • إجراء عمليات تدقيق وتفتيش منتظمة لأنشطة NDT لتحديد مجالات التحسين وضمان الالتزام بالمعايير.
  • تقديم التوجيه والتدريب والدعم لفنيي ومفتشي NDT لتعزيز مهاراتهم ومعارفهم.
  • التحقق من هوية المواد الإنشائية (الألواح، العوارض، الزوايا، إلخ) ومطابقتها لرسومات التركيب والمواصفات المطلوبة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم في مجال ذي صلة.
  • مؤهل مهني ساري المفعول في NDT المستوى الثاني (PCN، CSWIP، ASNT، أو ما يعادلها) في (UT، PT، MT، RT، PAUT، TOFD).
  • شهادة مدقق أو مدقق رئيسي في ISO 9001:2015.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 9 سنوات تتعلق بأعمال الجودة في صناعات الهندسة البحرية (هياكل الجاكيت، بناء السفن والحفارات).
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Description

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE

Perform examination of welds / material by Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) and Time of Flight

Diffraction Ultrasonic Testing (TOFD) based upon code and contractual specification. Determine conformity / non-conforming flaws and report accurately.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform NDT Tests Such as Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Visual Inspections, Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing and Time of Flight Diffraction Ultrasonic Testing.
  • Monitor NDT operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry’s best practices.
  • Assist the NDT Technician in setting up and calibrating NDT equipment according to established procedures.
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of NDT equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, for NDT projects.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of NDT activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to NDT technicians and inspectors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Verify structural material identity (plate, beam, angle etc.) and its conformance to the installation drawings and required specification.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education

  • Diploma in a relevant field


Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations) Valid professional qualification in the following:

  • NDT Level II (i.e., PCN, CSWIP, ASNT etc.) qualification in (UT, PT, MT, RT, PAUT & TOFD).
  • ISO 9001:2015 auditor or lead auditor certification
  • Additional Level II methods will be considered added advantage.


Experience

  • Minimum of 9 years’ experience, relating to quality works of marine engineering industries (Jacket structure, ship & rig - buildings)


Languages

  • English
  • Arabic is beneficial
