شركة International Maritime Industries تعلن عن وظيفة Contracting Specialist I في المنطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمدونة قواعد السلوك بالمنظمة، وسياسات وإجراءات المشتريات، واللوائح ذات الصلة للحفاظ على النزاهة وتعزيز الشفافية ودعم نتائج مشتريات فعّالة قائمة على القيمة.
  • تطبيق المعرفة المفاهيمية الموسعة لمبادئ التعاقد لتوسيع القدرات الوظيفية وتعزيز جودة نتائج المشتريات.
  • إيصال معلومات التعاقد المعقدة بوضوح إلى أصحاب المصلحة لدعم الفهم واتخاذ القرارات الفعالة في المواقف المباشرة.
  • تقديم إرشادات غير رسمية لأعضاء الفريق الجدد لدعم تعلمهم واندماجهم وتطبيقهم المتسق لمعايير المشتريات.
  • تحليل وحل قضايا التعاقد الروتينية باستخدام الخبرة الفنية والحكم السليم والسوابق المقررة لضمان تقديم خدمات فعال ومتوافق.
  • قيادة وتنسيق التطوير الكامل لعقود الخدمات.
  • تقييم والتفاوض والبت في مجموعة واسعة من العقود، مع ضمان التوافق مع المتطلبات التجارية والفنية والقانونية.
  • اقتراح تحسينات على عمليات وإجراءات التعاقد لزيادة الكفاءة والامتثال والأداء العام.
  • مراقبة وضمان الالتزام بمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المتعلقة بالمشتريات، ومعالجة الفجوات أو المخاطر بشكل استباقي.
  • الحفاظ على توثيق ومراسلات دقيقة وشاملة لجميع أنشطة التعاقد طوال دورة حياة العقد.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلة التوريد، الأعمال، إدارة العمليات، الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
  • الشهادات المهنية (يفضل إحدى الشهادات التالية): شهادة مدير عقود تجارية معتمد (CCCM) من الرابطة الوطنية لإدارة العقود، أو شهادة مدير عقود محترف معتمد (CPCM) من الرابطة الوطنية لإدارة العقود، أو شهادة إدارة العقود والتجارة (CCM) من الرابطة العالمية للتجارة والتعاقد.
  • الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 إلى 9 سنوات في مجال التعاقد والمشتريات.
  • اللغات: مهارات تواصل جيدة باللغة الإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابةً).

Description

  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Ensure full compliance with the organization’s code of ethics, procurement policies, procedures, and applicable regulations to safeguard integrity, promote transparency, and support effective, value‑driven


procurement outcomes.

  • Apply expanded conceptual knowledge of contracting principles to broaden functional capabilities and strengthen the quality of procurement outcomes.
  • Communicate complex contracting information clearly to stakeholders to support understanding and effective decision‑making in straightforward situations.
  • Provide informal guidance to new team members to support their learning, integration, and consistent application of procurement standards.
  • Analyze and solve routine contracting issues using technical experience, sound judgment, and established precedents to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery.
  • Lead and coordinate the full development of service contracts.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts, ensuring alignment with commercial, technical, and legal requirements.
  • Recommend enhancements to contracting processes and procedures to improve efficiency, compliance, and overall performance.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to procurement-related KPIs, proactively addressing gaps or risks.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation and correspondence related to all contracting activities throughout the contract lifecycle.


Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Education

  • bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent.


Professional Qualifications (Certifications & Accreditations) One of the below certificates is preferable:

  • Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.
  • Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) designation through the National Contract Management Association.
  • Contract & Commercial Management (CCM) designation through the World Commerce & Contracting Association


Experience

  • At least 3-9 years of relevant experience in contract procurement role.


Languages

  • Good communication skills in English (oral and written).
