المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات التشغيلية من خلال الحلول المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي وأتمتة سير العمل.
- تصميم وتطوير وصيانة المحفزات (prompts) والقوالب وسير العمل والوثائق الداعمة باستخدام Claude والتقنيات المماثلة.
- البحث عن أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي الناشئة وتقييم تطبيقاتها العملية لتعزيز كفاءة الأعمال والإنتاجية.
- دعم مبادرات تبني الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال إنشاء مواد تدريبية وتوجيه المستخدمين في الاستخدام الفعال لحلول الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- تنسيق أنشطة التسويق الرقمي، بما في ذلك جدولة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وإنشاء المحتوى ودعم الحملات.

Accountabilities
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes through AI-driven solutions and workflow automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered prompts, templates, workflows, and supporting documentation using Claude and similar technologies.
- Research emerging AI tools and assess their practical applications to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
- Support AI adoption initiatives by creating training materials and guiding users in the effective use of AI solutions.
- Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media scheduling, content creation, and campaign support.
- Manage website updates, marketing collateral, and online business listings to maintain a strong digital presence.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual work and optimize business operations.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI Operations, Business Improvement, Process Improvement, Digital Operations, Marketing Operations, Workflow Automation, AI Implementation, or related fields.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI platforms to improve productivity, automate workflows, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Proven experience developing AI prompts, templates, workflows, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently within distributed teams.
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
