المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربعية والسنوية.
  • مراجعة القيود المحاسبية التي يعدها المحاسبون المبتدئون.
  • إجراء تسويات الميزانية العمومية.
  • مراقبة التدفق النقدي ورأس المال العامل.
  • المساعدة في أنشطة إعداد الميزانية والتنبؤ.
  • دعم متطلبات التدقيق الخارجي.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير IFRS والسياسات المحاسبية للشركة.
  • إعداد تقارير الإدارة والتحليل المالي.
  • دعم متطلبات إعداد التقارير الضريبية والتنظيمية.
  • تحديد فرص تحسين العمليات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة.
  • معرفة قوية بمعايير IFRS.
  • خبرة سابقة في إعداد القوائم المالية.
  • مهارات تحليلية وإعداد تقارير ممتازة.
  • خبرة في استخدام أنظمة ERP.
  • يفضل الحصول على شهادة ACCA, CPA, CMA أو ما يعادلها.
  • مهارات تواصل قوية باللغة الإنجليزية.

A reputable organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to strengthen its finance function and support accurate financial reporting across the business. The company values financial discipline, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement within its finance operations.

The Role

The Senior Accountant will oversee complex accounting activities, supervise financial reporting processes, and support management with accurate financial analysis. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining financial integrity while supporting business decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Review accounting entries prepared by junior accountants.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Support external audit requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies.
  • Prepare management reports and financial analysis.
  • Support tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of accounting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS.
  • Previous experience preparing financial statements.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
