Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Corporate IT Manager in Information Technology, including leadership roles in IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Digital Transformation, and IT Governance. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives, ensure secure and reliable IT operations, and align technology strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead the IT department and manage cross-functional technology teams.
• Define IT roadmaps, budgets, and technology investment plans.
• Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and digital innovation.
• Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards.

IT Infrastructure Management

• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms, networks, and data centers.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of IT systems.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Manage disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans.
• Optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining service quality.

Information Security & Cybersecurity

• Develop and implement enterprise information security strategies.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and industry standards.
• Lead vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
• Manage Security Operations, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and endpoint security.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Promote security awareness across the organization.

Digital Transformation

• Drive digital transformation initiatives across business functions.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead automation, AI, cloud, and process optimization projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology opportunities.
• Measure and report the business value of digital initiatives.

IT Operations & Service Management

• Ensure stable IT operations and high service availability.
• Implement and maintain ITIL-based IT Service Management processes.
• Monitor IT KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Improve incident, problem, change, and asset management processes.
• Manage vendor performance and outsourced IT services.

Enterprise Applications

• Oversee implementation and support of ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other enterprise applications.
• Ensure application integration and data integrity.
• Manage software licensing and lifecycle.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NCA ECC, NIST, CIS Controls, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Develop IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct IT risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Support internal and external audits.

Project & Portfolio Management

• Lead large-scale IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.

Vendor & Financial Management

• Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
• Prepare and control IT operating and capital budgets.
• Evaluate technology investments and ROI.

People Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT managers, engineers, analysts, and support teams.
• Conduct performance reviews and succession planning.
• Build a high-performing and collaborative IT organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
