As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and various HR projects. You will work closely with HR professionals who will mentor you and help you develop practical HR skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Resume Screening: Review initial applications and resumes to identify potential candidates.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Assist in the preparation of new hire orientations and onboarding materials.
- HR Administration: Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or internal databases.
- Employee Engagement: Help organize team-building activities, company events, and employee wellness programs.
- Record Keeping: Assist with filing, organizing HR documents, and ensuring data confidentiality.
- General Support: Respond to basic employee inquiries and assist the HR team with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (and Arabic if required).
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms is a plus.
