Senior Instrument Technician
We are looking for a Senior Instrument Technician to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair instrumentation systems across plant operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safe operation, and uninterrupted cement production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment.
- Inspect and troubleshoot field instruments to identify faults and ensure optimal performance.
- Execute routine inspections and prepare work requests for required maintenance activities.
- Install, calibrate, test, and verify instrumentation devices and measuring equipment.
- Apply Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and follow all safety requirements during maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain stack dust monitoring systems to ensure continuous compliance with environmental regulations.
- Coordinate spare parts, tools, and maintenance activities while maintaining accurate maintenance records.
- Support scheduled shutdowns and annual preventive maintenance programs.
Requirements:
- Industrial High School or equivalent required.
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Industrial High School: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in instrumentation maintenance within manufacturing or heavy industrial environments is preferred.
