Control Operator (POLCID)

We are looking for a Control Operator to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize control systems and DCS equipment, ensuring safe, reliable, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for control systems and DCS equipment.
• Monitor control room systems and verify equipment performance.
• Test protection, safety, and interlock signals.
• Configure and modify POLCID control logic.
• Calibrate field instruments and ensure measurement accuracy.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and spare parts requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in industrial control systems.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with POLCID.
• Experience in DCS, PLC, instrumentation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in the cement industry or heavy industrial environments is preferred.
