تعلن شركة BEC Concrete Solutions (BEC Arabia) عن حاجتها إلى مدير إنشاءات ميكانيكية (Mechanical Construction Manager) للعمل في الرياض، للمساهمة في قيادة مشاريع البنية التحتية الطموحة ضمن رؤية السعودية 2030، مع التركيز على إدارة الأنظمة الميكانيكية المعقدة وتقديم حلول عالمية المستوى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التخطيط والتنفيذ والإنجاز لأنشطة الإنشاءات الميكانيكية في المشاريع واسعة النطاق.
- إدارة ميزانيات المشاريع والجداول الزمنية والموارد لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد وبتكلفة فعالة.
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات (المدنية والكهربائية والإنشائية) لدمج الأنظمة الميكانيكية بسلاسة.
- ضمان الامتثال لكود البناء السعودي (SBC) ومعايير السلامة (ISO 45001) ومتطلبات العملاء (مثل معايير أرامكو).
- الإشراف على أداء المقاولين من الباطن وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة ومواصفات المشروع.
- تطبيق استراتيجيات إدارة المخاطر للحد من تأخيرات المشروع وتجاوز التكاليف.
- مراقبة تركيب واختبار وتشغيل أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) والسباكة والحماية من الحرائق.
- إعداد وتقديم تقارير التقدم لأصحاب المصلحة مع إبراز المعالم الرئيسية ومعالجة أي مشكلات.
- مراجعة الرسومات الفنية والمواصفات والعقود لضمان التوافق مع أهداف المشروع.
- تعزيز ثقافة السلامة والجودة والتحسين المستمر في جميع مواقع المشاريع.
- التعاون مع فرق المشتريات لتوفير المواد والمعدات التي تلبي متطلبات المشروع.
- دعم تدريب وتطوير المهندسين المبتدئين وموظفي الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة الإنشاءات الميكانيكية، منها 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي.
- تسجيل لدى الهيئة السعودية للمهندسين (SCE).
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الأنظمة الميكانيكية للمشاريع التجارية أو الصناعية أو الحكومية واسعة النطاق.
- إجادة استخدام Primavera P6 وAutoCAD وأدوات BIM.
- معرفة قوية بكود البناء السعودي (SBC) ومعايير السلامة ذات الصلة (ISO 45001, NEBOSH).
- خبرة في أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) والسباكة والحماية من الحرائق.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.
المهارات المطلوبة

- Support the training and development of junior engineers and site staff.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration.
- Proven expertise in managing mechanical systems for large-scale commercial, industrial, or government projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.
