At Qiwa Technology, we're looking for an IT Operations Specialist who enjoys solving operational challenges, maintaining stable IT services, and working across infrastructure, security, DevOps, and application teams to keep mission-critical systems running smoothly.

What you'll do

• Monitor the health and availability of enterprise systems, applications, servers, and networks.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and operational issues while ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, Security, and Application teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Perform routine operational activities including system health checks, backups, and access reviews.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and contribute to root cause analysis.
• Maintain operational documentation, reports, and system inventory.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and change management processes.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service reliability, and overall IT performance.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Support, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, networking, applications, and operational processes.
• Experience with incident management, monitoring, service requests, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, change management processes, and operational documentation.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
