المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم فنيي القوات الجوية الملكية السعودية في أعمال الصيانة والتشخيص والتدريب على منصة رادار FPS-117.
  • تحديد نطاق العمل والجداول الزمنية للجوانب الفنية للعقد ومراقبة التقدم. التواصل مع الفنيين لتسهيل أعمال الصيانة والتشخيص على نظام الرادار.
  • مراجعة الأعمال المنجزة للتأكد من اتباع الكودات والمعايير والإجراءات المناسبة وجودة العمل. مراقبة إنتاجية وكفاءة الفنيين المعينين وإعادة التوزيع حسب احتياجات المشروع.
  • مراقبة إنتاجية وكفاءة الموظفين المعينين.
  • التأكد من تحقيق معايير العميل ونطاق العمل من قبل جميع التخصصات الهندسية. تسريع توزيع بنود العمل بعد المناقشات/الاجتماعات مع العميل ومدير البرنامج/المشروع.
  • إعداد التقارير الفنية وكتيبات المشاريع وتوثيق النشاط للعميل وإدارة البرنامج/المشروع.
  • الالتزام بنطاق العقد واتجاهه حسب توجيهات مدير البرنامج.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو درجة تقنية (مطلوب).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال الهندسة ذات الصلة أو خلفية هندسية عامة واسعة مع دعم رادارات TPS-77/78 وFPS-117.
  • معرفة قوية بأنظمة الكمبيوتر.
  • القدرة على اتباع التوجيهات وأهداف البرنامج مع الاهتمام العالي بالتفاصيل.
  • امتلاك معرفة شاملة بالتكنولوجيا الحالية والقدرة على اختيار وتطبيق الحلول الهندسية المناسبة.
  • مهارات اتصال وتنسيق ممتازة؛ القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق خلال العمليات الديناميكية.
  • إجادة استخدام حزمة Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة تشغيلية في العمل على رادارات TPS 77/78 وFPS-117 (مرغوب).
  • خبرة عسكرية سابقة في دعم رادارات TPS 77/78 وFPS-117 (مرغوب).
  • الإلمام بعمليات رادارات TPS 77/78 وFPS-117 (مرغوب).
  • القدرة على العمل والازدهار في بيئة ثقافية مختلفة (مرغوب).
  • القدرة على توجيه وإرشاد أعضاء الفريق الآخرين (مرغوب).
  • قدرة مثبتة على الأداء في دور إشرافي/قيادي مع مهارات كتابية ولفظية ممتازة (مرغوب).
  • الإلمام بعمليات القيادة والسيطرة العسكرية خاصة (مرغوب).

Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Radar Engineer to support training and maintenance operations within a Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) FPS-117 radar section in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in FPS-117 radars and associated systems, strong computer and systems operation skills, and capable of working collaboratively with all RSAF military ranks from senior officers to junior technicians. **This position is located in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (International Assignment) **NO REMOTE WORK**

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support RSAF Technicians maintenance, troubleshooting and training working on the FPS-117 radar platform
  • Determines the scope of work and schedules for technical aspects of the contract and monitors progress. Interfaces with Technical personnel to facilitate troubleshooting and maintenance requirement on the radar system.
  • Reviews work produced to ensure that applicable codes, standards, and procedures are followed and that quality is acceptable. Monitors productivity and technical proficiency of assigned technical personnel and makes reassignments as project needs arise.
  • Monitors productivity and proficiency of assigned personnel
  • Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines. Expedites distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client and Program/Project Manager
  • Prepares technical reports, project manuals, and documentation of activity for the client and program/project management.
  • Adheres to scope and direction of contract specifications per Program Manager directions


What Required Skills You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Engineering degree or Technical Degree (Required)
  • 8+ years related field engineering experience or broad general engineering background supporting TPS-77/78 and FPS-117 radars
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems
  • Ability to follow directions and program objectives with high attention to detail
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and be able to select and apply appropriate engineering solutions
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to work as part of a team during dynamic operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
