We're Hiring: Plant Engineer

Join our team and play a key role in supporting safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations.

As a Plant Engineer, you will provide day-to-day technical support to plant systems, coordinate maintenance activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of construction and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for plant systems and maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance, condition, and downtime indicators.
• Assist with troubleshooting, corrective actions, and reliability improvements.
• Support the development and execution of maintenance plans, work scopes, and intervention schedules.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during commissioning, upgrades, and operational readiness activities.
• Prepare plant status reports, track risks and action plans, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related technical qualification.
• Experience supporting plant operations and maintenance in construction or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of maintenance practices, troubleshooting techniques, and reliability fundamentals.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and inspection checklists.
• Strong commitment to HSE standards and safe work practices.
• Experience preparing technical reports and coordinating with operational stakeholders.
• Familiarity with quality and compliance requirements related to plant equipment and project delivery.
