المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ وصيانة معايير حوكمة التسليم والتسلم لبرامج تقنية المدينة، بما في ذلك قوالب التقارير، معايير بوابات المراحل، معايير سجل المخاطر/المشكلات/الافتراضات/التبعيات (RAID)، وقواعد تتبع التبعيات، ومتطلبات التحكم في الأساسيات (النطاق/الجدول/التكلفة).

Lead the City Technology Project Management Office (PMO) responsible for portfolio governance, delivery assurance, demand intake, stage-gate control, and operational readiness across all IT and OT technology towers within QIC City Technology.

- 15+ year-experience in large-scale ICT infrastructure, smart city, or complex technology Delivery & Handover Governance / PMO / program controls roles
- Experience in complex multi-domain environments, ideally including:
- IT + OT programs

- physical security technology delivery
- smart city platforms and integration
