القدية تبحث عن مدير تخطيط (Manager - Planning) متمرس للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض. سيقود هذا الدور عمليات التخطيط وتنفيذ المشاريع ضمن إطار التطوير الطموح للقدية لضمان التوافق مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية والجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وإدارة وصيانة خطط وجداول زمنية تفصيلية للمشاريع عبر وحدات الأعمال المختلفة
- التنسيق مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات (التصميم والبناء والتشغيل) لضمان تخطيط متكامل للمشاريع
- مراقبة التقدم مقابل المعايير المحددة وتحديد الانحرافات واقتراح الإجراءات التصحيحية
- تحليل بيانات المشروع للتنبؤ بالمخاطر والفرص المحتملة التي تؤثر على نتائج التخطيط
- إعداد تقارير شاملة وعروض تقديمية للإدارة العليا
- دعم جهود إدارة العقود المتعلقة بأنشطة التخطيط والالتزام بالجداول الزمنية
- تسهيل التواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة لمواءمة التوقعات طوال دورة حياة المشروع
- تطبيق أفضل الممارسات في تخطيط المشاريع وجدولتها لتحسين تخصيص الموارد
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر داخل قسم التخطيط
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في التخطيط الحضري أو إدارة المشاريع أو الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في تخطيط المشاريع ضمن مشاريع تطوير واسعة النطاق، ويفضل في مشاريع الترفيه أو التطوير متعدد الاستخدامات
- إتقان استخدام برامج التخطيط مثل Primavera P6 أو MS Project أو أدوات مشابهة
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية قوية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعمل الجماعي للتعامل مع فرق وأصحاب مصلحة متنوعين
- القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة والتكيف مع بيئات المشاريع الديناميكية
- الخبرة السابقة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية أو مشاريع إقليمية مماثلة تعتبر ميزة إضافية

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Manager - Planning to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the planning and execution of complex projects within Qiddiya's ambitious development framework. The successful candidate will ensure that all planning efforts align with strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards to support the delivery of world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural destinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules across various business units
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, construction, and operations to ensure integrated project planning
- Monitor progress against milestones, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Analyze project data to forecast potential risks and opportunities influencing planning outcomes
- Prepare comprehensive status reports and presentations for senior management
- Support contract management efforts related to planning activities and schedule adherence
- Facilitate stakeholder communication to align expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Implement best practices in project planning and scheduling to optimize resource allocation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the planning department
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in project planning within large-scale development projects, preferably in entertainment or mixed-use developments
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to dynamic project environments
- Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or similar regional projects is advantageous
