يعمل شاغل هذه الوظيفة كقائد مالي استراتيجي لمنطقة KBO، وكمستشار موثوق للمدير الإقليمي للمجموعة وعضو رئيسي في فريق القيادة الإقليمي وفريق القيادة المالية لمنطقة CEMEA. يتولى المسؤولية عن تحديد التوجه المالي للأعمال، ودفع النمو المستدام، وضمان الحوكمة المالية القوية. يقود الاستراتيجية المالية والتخطيط وإدارة الأداء مع التأثير على القرارات التجارية الحاسمة في المنطقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشكيل ودفع الاستراتيجية المالية لمنطقة KBO بما يتماشى مع الأولويات الإقليمية والعالمية.
- العمل كمستشار موثوق للمدير الإقليمي للمجموعة وفريق القيادة في شؤون النمو وقرارات الاستثمار وتحسين الأداء.
- التأثير على الخيارات الاستراتيجية وتحديها من خلال رؤى مدعومة بالبيانات وتحليلات استشرافية.
- تمثيل الإدارة المالية في المنتديات التنفيذية والمساهمة في الاستراتيجية الإقليمية وصنع القرار.
- قيادة دورة التخطيط الشاملة (الخطة التشغيلية السنوية، التوقعات، التخطيط طويل المدى).
- دفع الأداء المالي من خلال تحديد أهداف واضحة ومتابعة دقيقة وتحديد المخاطر والفرص بشكل استباقي.
- ضمان جودة التقارير التنفيذية والرؤى لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الفعالة في الوقت المناسب.
- ترسيخ الانضباط المالي عبر الإيرادات وحوافز العملاء والمصروفات التشغيلية.
- الشراكة مع الفرق الإقليمية والعالمية في شؤون التسعير والمقايضات والاستراتيجيات التجارية لتعظيم نمو الإيرادات.
- تقديم تقييم مالي متين للمبادرات الاستراتيجية والاستثمارات وفرص الشراكة.
- الموازنة بين الأداء المالي قصير المدى وخلق القيمة طويلة المدى.
- ضمان الحوكمة المالية والضوابط والامتثال للمتطلبات الداخلية والخارجية.
- تحسين العمليات المالية والأدوات وسلامة البيانات لتمكين قابلية التوسع والكفاءة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة عمل 15 سنة أو أكثر مع درجة البكالوريوس، أو 12 سنة على الأقل مع درجة متقدمة (ماجستير / MBA / دكتوراه في القانون / دكتوراه في الطب)، أو 10 سنوات مع درجة الدكتوراه (PhD).
- أكثر من 15 سنة من الخبرة التراكمية في المالية، بما في ذلك أدوار قيادية عليا.
- خبرة عميقة في التخطيط المالي وإدارة الأداء والمالية الاستراتيجية.

Qualifications
What you will need
- 15 + years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 12 years of experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 10 years of work experience with a PhD.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance, including senior leadership roles
- Deep expertise in financial planning, performance management, and strategic finance
- Strong understanding of the payments industry and revenue drivers preferred
- Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to shape strategy and drive results
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams in a matrixed organization
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA or equivalent preferred)
- Strong analytical capability combined with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience leading change programs within a business and building and leading high-performing teams through cultural and transformational change.
- Creative and resourceful in overcoming barriers and unexpected roadblocks.
