المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان التحديث العلمي المنتظم للفريق متعدد الوظائف.
- تقديم المدخلات الطبية بما في ذلك تحليل تدفق المرضى في مجالات الأمراض المحددة.
- التواصل الاستباقي للعلوم الكامنة وراء منتجات الشركة في مجال HIV مع القادة العلميين، والاستجابة لاستفساراتهم حول خط أنابيب الشركة.
- تقديم دعم طبي/علمي قوي بالتعاون مع قسم السياسات والوصول لتسهيل إدراج الأدوية في قوائم الصرف والتعويض.
- بناء وتنفيذ أنشطة تعليمية علمية قيّمة لوضع الشركة كشريك للمجتمع العلمي في HIV.
- إجراء أنشطة استقصاء للمدخلات (مثل اجتماعات المدخلات الجماعية) لفهم الأنماط المحلية للوبائيات والإدارة عبر المؤشرات، بما يتوافق مع إرشادات وأنظمة الامتثال المحلية والدولية.
- إجراء التدريب الطبي لوظائف المبيعات التجارية، الوصول إلى السوق، المبيعات، والتنظيم في مجال HIV.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة الترويجية وغير الترويجية في HIV في السعودية بطريقة متوافقة مع لوائح/قوانين/إجراءات التشغيل القياسية للشركة، والالتزام بمعايير الامتثال المحلية والدولية.
- دعم الأنشطة السريرية وتوليد البيانات المحلية للدراسات العالمية والإقليمية والمحلية.
- تحديد المواقع/الباحثين المناسبين محلياً لبرامج البحث السريري.
- ضمان الإبلاغ في الوقت المناسب عن الأحداث الضائرة ومساعدة فريق التيقظ الدوائي المحلي في تقييم واستكمال البيانات المطلوبة للتقارير المثلى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- طبيب أو صيدلي.
- خبرة سابقة في قسم الشؤون الطبية (يفضل).
- خبرة سابقة في مجال العلاج HIV (يفضل).
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة والقدرة على التعامل مع القادة العلميين وصناع القرار الرئيسيين بثقة عالية في النقاش العلمي.

Medical activities
- Ensure regular scientific updating for cross-functional team.
- Provide medical input including patient flow analysis to the assigned disease areas.
- Proactively communicate the science behind our Company’s HIV portfolio to scientific leaders in terms of locally registered products & reactively respond to their queries on our Company’s pipeline.
- Providing medical/scientific robust support with full collaboration with Policy & Access to facilitate formulary inclusions/reimbursement.
- Construct & execute valuable scientific education activities to position our Company as a partner to the HIV scientific community.
- Conduct input seeking activities (ex Group Input Meetings) for proper understanding of local epidemiology & management patterns across indications, inline with our Company’s, local & international compliance guidelines/regulations.
- Conducts medical training to the HIV Commercial, Market Access, Sales & Regulatory functions.
- Ensures all HIV promotional & non promotional activities/programs in Saudi Arabia are executed in a compliant manner according to Company’s regulations/codes/SOPs in adherence with local & international compliance regulations/standards.
- Supports clinical research & local data generation activities for global, regional & local studies
- Identification of appropriate local sites / investigators for clinical research programs.
- Ensures timely reporting of adverse events & assists local Pharmacovigilance team in assessment & completion of required data for optimal reporting.
- Physician or pharmacist.
- Preferable experience in Medical Affairs department.
- Preferable experience in HIV therapy area.
- Arabic & English Fluency.
- Good utility of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
- Excellent Communication Skills & ability to engage with Scientific Leaders, Key Decision Makers in a confident high-level scientific rapport.
