فرصة وظيفية لمدير فندق (سعودي الجنسية) - المكتب التنفيذي للانضمام إلى فندق جُميرة جبل عمر في مكة المكرمة، إحدى وجهات الضيافة الفاخرة التابعة لمجموعة جُميرة العالمية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مساعدة المدير العام في تنفيذ استراتيجية الفندق التجارية وإدارة الإيرادات بما يتماشى مع الأهداف التشغيلية للمجموعة، من خلال تقييم التغيرات في احتياجات الضيوف ومزيج النزلاء والمنافسين، والتوصية بالمنتجات والخدمات والتغييرات التشغيلية المناسبة لضمان مستويات إشغال وربحية عالية.
- قيادة الأنشطة التشغيلية الأساسية مثل إدارة الغرف، عمليات الأطعمة والمشروبات، التدبير المنزلي، الهندسة، مكتب الاستقبال وغيرها، من خلال إجراء تفتيشات دقيقة ومتكررة لعمليات الفندق، وتيسير اجتماعات الفريق، وإدارة طلبات وملاحظات الضيوف، ومراقبة الخدمات مع التركيز على التميز التشغيلي وتعظيم الربحية والامتثال للسياسات.
- قيادة الفندق في غياب المدير العام وضمان سير عمليات الفندق بسلاسة وانسيابية.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات التدقيق والامتثال لجميع إجراءات التشغيل والممارسات والسياسات القياسية الخاصة بالوحدة، لتمكين تجارب ضيوف استثنائية وفقًا لمعايير جُميرة.
- مراقبة وتعزيز معايير خدمة الضيوف، والإشراف على قنوات ملاحظات الضيوف، والتحقق بانتظام من مستويات رضا الضيوف الفرديين لتعزيز التركيز على الضيوف وتحسين خيارات وتقديم الخدمات باستمرار، لضمان تجربة عالمية المستوى.
- إدارة قضايا الأداء التي تنشأ داخل الأقسام التشغيلية، بالإضافة إلى تدريب وتطوير وتوجيه وإجراء تقييمات الأداء وحل مشكلات أعضاء الفريق والمديرين في الأقسام.
- توجيه إعداد ودمج الميزانية التشغيلية ومراقبة الأداء المالي مقابل الميزانية لضمان awareness بالتكاليف المتوقعة ومجالات الأداء غير المرضي والاستفادة من فرص تحسين الأداء المحتملة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8-10 سنوات في عمليات الفنادق الفاخرة، منها 3-5 سنوات على الأقل في منصب مدير فندق أو دور قيادي تشغيلي كبير في فندق فاخر من فئة 5 نجوم.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة من جامعة معتمدة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for Hotel Manager - Executive Office to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Assist the General Manager in implementing the property’s commercial and revenue management strategy, in line with the Group Operations’ strategic objectives, by evaluating changes in guest needs, the guest mix and competitive set, recommending appropriate products/services and operational changes as necessary to ensure high levels of occupancy and profitability.
- Lead core operational activities, such as room management, food and beverage operations, housekeeping, engineering, front office, etc., by conducting frequent and thorough inspections of the different hotel operations, facilitating team meetings, managing guest’s requests and feedback, monitoring services etc. while focusing on operational excellence, maximizing profitability and compliance with policies.
- Lead Hotel in absence of General Manager and ensure seamless and smooth functioning of Hotel Operations.
- Drive and implement audit and compliance strategies with all SBU-specific standard operating procedures, practices and policies thus enabling exceptional guest experiences in line with Jumeirah standard.
- Monitor and emphasize the guest services standards, oversee guest service feedback channels as well as regularly verify individual guests’ satisfaction levels, in order to reinforce guest centricity and foster the continuous improvement of guest services’ options and delivery, thus ensuring the provision of a world-class guest experience.
- Manages performance issues that arise within the operational departments, as well as train, develop, coach and counsel, conduct performance evaluations and resolve problems of departmental team members and managers.
- Direct the preparation and consolidation of the operations budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the Group is aware of anticipated costs and areas of unsatisfactory performance and that potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in luxury hotel operations, including at least 3-5 years in a Hotel Manager or senior operational leadership role within a luxury 5-star hotel.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills with a proven track record of driving guest satisfaction and business performance.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, quality standards, and luxury hospitality service.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced luxury environment.
