روش Diagnostics تعلن عن وظيفة قائد سلسلة الإمداد في السعودية (مكة/جدة) لتكون شريكاً استراتيجياً وعضواً محورياً في فريق القيادة السعودي وفريق قيادة سلسلة الإمداد في الشرق الأوسط، حيث ستشكل نموذج سلسلة الإمداد الكامل لدفع القيمة التجارية وولاء العملاء ومرونة المؤسسة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المساهمة بنشاط في منتديات اتخاذ القرار والتأثير فيها، وبناء تحالفات وإجماع لدفع المبادرات في بيئة مصفوفية.
- التنقل في ديناميكيات أصحاب المصلحة المعقدة بدبلوماسية، وموازنة المصالح المتضاربة وترجمة المخاطر والقيود التنظيمية إلى تأثير استراتيجي.
- بناء الثقة من خلال التواصل الاستباقي والشفاف حول المبادرات الاستراتيجية قبل أن يطلبها أصحاب المصلحة.
- تخطيط وتنفيذ استراتيجية سلسلة الإمداد المحلية بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الإقليمية والعالمية.
- التعاون بفعالية مع الفرق والشبكات الداخلية.
- إنشاء ومراقبة مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لسلسلة الإمداد (KPIs).
- التنسيق مع فريق التخطيط المتكامل لتحسين مستويات المخزون لقطع الغيار والأجهزة والكواشف.
- إدارة أنشطة سلسلة الإمداد لدى الطرف الثالث (3PL) لضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد.
- التعاون في مشاريع الأتمتة/الرقمنة مع فريق الحلول الرقمية والاستشارات.
- قيادة فرق إدارة الطلبات والمستودعات لضمان عمليات فعالة وتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- تحليل ملاحظات العملاء وتطوير خطط عمل للتحسين.
- تشكيل نماذج سلسلة الإمداد لتمكين النمو التجاري وتحسين مستويات المخزون، وترجمة الرؤى المستندة إلى البيانات إلى توصيات استراتيجية للفرق التجارية.
- تنسيق عمليات الاستيراد والتصدير والإرجاع مع شركاء 3PL.
- تطوير ومراقبة أداء 3PL لتلبية معايير الجودة لروش.
- التعاون مع 3PL لحل المشكلات التشغيلية وتنفيذ التحسينات.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها والمعايير الأخلاقية لروش.
- المشاركة في تدقيقات جودة المستودعات وتدقيقات الاعتماد.
- تحديد ومعالجة احتياجات العملاء بمعلومات واضحة وموجزة.
- حل مشكلات العملاء بكفاءة وتجاوز التوقعات.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع العملاء من خلال الاستماع النشط والتعاطف.
- جمع ملاحظات العملاء لتحسين المنتجات والخدمات والعمليات الداخلية.
- خلق بيئة محفزة لجذب وإشراك والاحتفاظ بأفضل المواهب.
- توظيف وتطوير وإدارة الموظفين وشركاء الطرف الثالث المسؤولين عن العمليات المحلية.
- تفويض المهام بفعالية، وتعزيز اتخاذ القرار الجماعي، وتشجيع التواصل المفتوح.
- تقديم ملاحظات منتظمة وتدريب وخطط تطوير فردية لجميع الموظفين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال، اللوجستيات، إدارة سلسلة الإمداد، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال سلسلة الإمداد، منها 5 إلى 8 سنوات في منصب قيادي، مع سجل حافل في ضمان حوكمة سلسلة الإمداد وشبكة قوية داخل مجتمعات سلسلة الإمداد الداخلية والخارجية.
- خبرة في إدارة الأفراد تشمل إدارة الأداء، تطوير الموظفين، التحفيز، إدارة التغيير، والتدريب.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، ويفضل إتقان اللغة العربية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة تقنية عميقة (إدارة المستودعات، إدارة 3PL، معايير الجودة لسلسلة الإمداد، واللوائح السعودية) مع عقلية ريادية لترجمة البيانات المعقدة إلى توصيات تجارية عالية التأثير.
- تعزيز بيئة رشيقة غنية بالتغذية الراجعة، مع حضور تنفيذي ومرونة وقدرة مثبتة على توظيف وتدريب وتطوير مواهب من الدرجة الأولى.

Your Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to and influence decision-making forums. Build coalitions and consensus to drive initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with diplomacy, effectively balancing conflicting interests and translating organizational risks and constraints into strategic influence
- Create confidence through proactive, transparent communication on strategic initiatives before they are requested by stakeholders
- Plan and implement the in-country supply chain strategy aligned with regional and global goals
- Collaborate effectively with chapters, networks, and other internal teams
- Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs
- Liaise with the integrated planning team to optimize inventory levels for spare parts, instruments, and reagents
- Manage 3PL supply chain activities to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate on automation/digitalization projects with the digital solutions and consultancy team
- Lead the order management and warehousing teams to ensure efficient operations and on-time deliveries
- Analyze customer feedback and develop action plans for improvement
- Shape supply chain models to enable commercial growth and optimize inventory levels, translating data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for commercial teams
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and returns processes with 3PL partners
- Develop and monitor 3PL performance to meet Roche quality standards
- Collaborate with 3PLs to resolve operational issues and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Roche's ethical standards
- Participate in warehouse quality audits, and certification audits
- Identify and address customer needs with clear and concise information
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, exceeding expectations
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through active listening and empathy
- Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes
- Create a motivating environment to attract, engage, and retain top talent
- Hire, develop, and manage employees and third-party partners responsible for local operations
- Delegate tasks effectively, foster team decision-making, and promote open communication
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and individual development plans for all employees
- You hold a BSc/MSc degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related
- You built a minimum of 10 years of Supply Chain experience, of which 5 to 8 years in a leadership position, with a proven track record of ensuring Supply Chain governance and a strong network within the internal and external Supply Chain communities
- You combine deep technical knowledge (warehousing, 3PL management, Supply Chain Quality Standards, and Saudi regulations) with an entrepreneurial mindset to translate complex data into high-impact, commercial recommendations
- You built people management experience including performance management, employee development, motivation, change management, and coaching
- You foster an agile, feedback-rich environment, demonstrating executive presence, resilience, and a proven ability to hire, coach, and develop top-tier talent
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, advanced written and oral communication skills, and are able to influence others across all levels of the organization in order to drive transformational change
- You act as a visionary and coach, influencing senior stakeholders without authority and actively driving the strategic agendas for SALT and the ME Supply Chain LT
- You are fluent in English. Mastering Arabic language is preferred
