تعلن Team Saudi عن وظيفة مدير تطوير البرامج والاعتماد في الرياض، للعمل ضمن أكاديمية السعودية الأولمبية. يهدف هذا الدور إلى قيادة تطوير واعتماد البرامج التعليمية والبحثية، وضمان توافقها مع رسالة الأكاديمية في تعزيز القيم الأولمبية والتميز في التعليم الرياضي، مع إدارة دورة حياة البرامج ودعم مبادرات الجودة والاعتماد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إدارة تصميم وتطوير ومراجعة وتحسين البرامج التعليمية والمهنية بما يتوافق مع الأولويات الاستراتيجية لأكاديمية السعودية الأولمبية واحتياجات القطاع الرياضي المتطورة.
  • تطوير أطر البرامج وإدارة تقييم الاحتياجات وتحليلات السوق لتحديد الفرص التعليمية الناشئة والتوصية ببرامج جديدة أو تحسينات.
  • تعزيز ثقافة الابتكار الأكاديمي والتميز من خلال تشجيع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين على استكشاف منهجيات وأبحاث وتقنيات جديدة تعزز تجربة التعلم.
  • ضمان امتثال البرامج الأكاديمية لمعايير الجودة الوطنية والدولية ومتطلبات الاعتماد، وقيادة ثقافة التحسين المستمر للحفاظ على سمعة الأكاديمية في الصرامة التعليمية والتميز في التعليم الرياضي.
  • تنسيق وإدارة عمليات الاعتماد، وإعداد الوثائق اللازمة، والعمل مع هيئات الاعتماد لضمان استيفاء برامج الأكاديمية لأعلى المعايير والمتطلبات التنظيمية محليًا ودوليًا.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ أطر لمراقبة فعالية البرامج باستخدام مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، وملاحظات المتعلمين، ونتائج التقييم، ومدخلات أصحاب المصلحة.
  • تحليل بيانات أداء البرامج وإعداد التوصيات لتحسين جودة المناهج، وتجربة المتعلمين، والنتائج التعليمية.
  • إدارة دمج التقنيات التعليمية في برامج التعلم الأكاديمية والمهنية لتعزيز تفاعل المتعلمين وسهولة الوصول إلى المحتوى وتحسين التجربة التعليمية الشاملة.
  • التعاون مع أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومصممي التعليم والباحثين وخبراء الرياضة والشركاء الأكاديميين الخارجيين لتطوير عروض تعليمية عالية الجودة.
  • التواصل والتنسيق مع هيئات الاعتماد والمؤسسات التعليمية والجمعيات المهنية والهيئات التنظيمية للحفاظ على علاقات خارجية قوية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • قدرة على قيادة فرق العمل وإدارة المشاريع المتعلقة بتطوير البرامج والاعتماد.
  • خبرة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وتحليل الاحتياجات والأسواق في المجال التعليمي.

Job Purpose

Lead the Program Development, and accreditation of the Saudi Olympic Academy's educational and research programs. Responsible for ensuring that all academic offerings align with SOA’s mission to foster Olympic values and excellence in sports education. Responsible for managing program lifecycle activities, supporting accreditation and quality assurance initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-impact sports education programs that strengthen the Academy's reputation for academic excellence

Program Development and Enhancement

  • Manage the design, development, review, and continuous improvement of academic and professional education programs aligned with the Saudi Olympic Academy's strategic priorities and evolving needs of the sports sector.
  • Develop program frameworks and manage the needs assessments and market analyses to identify emerging educational opportunities and recommend new programs or enhancements.
  • Foster a culture of academic innovation and excellence, encouraging faculty and staff to explore new methodologies, research, and technologies that enhance the learning experience, ensuring that SOA remains a leading institution in sports education.

Quality Assurance and Accreditation

  • Ensure academic programs comply with national and international quality standards and accreditation requirements, driving a culture of continuous improvement to maintain SOA’s reputation for educational rigor and excellence in sports education.
  • Coordinate and manage the accreditation processes, preparing necessary documentation and working with accrediting bodies to ensure that SOA’s programs meet the highest standards and regulatory requirements in both local and international contexts.

Assessment and Program Evaluation

  • Develop and implement frameworks for monitoring program effectiveness using key performance indicators, learner feedback, assessment outcomes, and stakeholder input.
  • Analyze program performance data and prepare recommendations to improve curriculum quality, learner experience, and educational outcomes.

Educational Technology and Student Engagement

  • Manage the integration of educational technologies into academic and professional learning programs to enhance learner engagement, accessibility, and the overall learning experience.

Collaboration and Professional Development

  • Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, researchers, sports experts, and external academic partners to develop high-quality educational offerings.
  • Manage and Liaise with accreditation agencies, educational institutions, professional associations, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong external relationships.
