We are seeking a Solution Architecture Manager to Manage and monitor end to end solution development including management of architectural blueprints as per the requirements of business to drive organizational system enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Architecture Design:
- Manage, and drive implementation of architectural blueprints; influence stakeholders and ensure compliance with architectural standards within many technology domains that support the needs of products teams to reliably launch solutions and services.
- Compile, deliver, and evangelize end-to-end architectural blueprints and roadmaps by applying depth and breadth of expertise in multiple related disciplines in order to guide the evolution of infrastructure, products, and services.
- Serve as a subject matter expert working with Architects in each domain through constructive criticism and assessment of various initiatives to guide technology strategy and offer ideas by convincing decision makers across multiple domains.
Solution Development Support:
- Guide delivery leads and solution delivery partners to create overall solution architecture and provide support in solution development until it goes live, to ensure outcomes are as expected by the business/organization.
- Manage the infrastructure teams to fit infrastructure to the overall architecture, as well as to identify when it is necessary to modify the technical architecture to accommodate infrastructural needs.
- Provide architecture governance to support the whole project delivery lifecycle, including the pre-initiation phase and ensure that (architecture) deliverables are complete and of the required quality.
- Collaborate with business development and key business stakeholders to develop solution proposals and architecture options for review and recommendation.
Capability Development:
- Monitor team members on best practices in area of expertise and communicate big-picture enterprise-wide issues to team through speaking and writing internally and externally to ensure alignment to the organizational needs.
- Define technical specifications of RFIS and RFPs for technology and application developers and moderate the technical evaluation of proposals to identify and engage the best organization for systems enhancement of SNB.
Reporting:
- Review and approve statements and reports and ensure there are accurate and timely published to meet operational / business requirements, policies and standards.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Organize and supervise the activities and work of team members to ensure that all work within the specific project team is carried out in an efficient manner and with adherence to operating procedures and policy.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT Architecture or relevant field, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of banking IT architecture
- Knowledge of the banking operations and requirements
- Experience in translating the business needs in IT systems and operations
