ob Title: Digital Learning Designer, Developer & E-Exam Proctor

Job Summary:

Responsible for designing and developing digital learning content, managing learning activities through e-learning platforms, and overseeing the administration and proctoring of electronic examinations to ensure a secure, efficient, and high-quality learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging digital learning content and training materials.
• Create and manage online courses, assessments, and learning resources within the LMS.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop effective learning solutions.
• Upload, maintain, and update digital learning content on e-learning platforms.
• Configure and administer online examinations and assessments.
• Monitor electronic examination sessions and ensure compliance with examination procedures.
• Provide technical support to learners and instructors before and during examinations.
• Generate reports on learner participation, assessment results, and platform performance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on learning content and assessment functionality.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for digital learning and assessment processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience in digital content development and online assessment administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning tools.
