تسعى شركة Fairmont Hotels & Resorts (إحدى شركات Accor) إلى توظيف مدير أنظمة سمعية وبصرية (AV Manager) في منطقة الرياض. في هذا الدور المحوري، سيشرف على جميع عمليات الصوت والفيديو ويقود فريقاً من المحترفين لضمان تنفيذ حلول متطورة تلبي توقعات العملاء وتواكب أحدث التقنيات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتوجيه والإشراف على قسم الصوتيات والمرئيات، وتعزيز ثقافة التعلم المستمر والتطوير المهني وتميز الفريق.
- تخطيط وتنسيق وتنفيذ إعدادات سمعية وبصرية شاملة للفعاليات المؤسسية والمؤتمرات والعروض التقديمية والإنتاجات المتخصصة.
- تطوير وصيانة أنظمة دقيقة لجرد معدات الصوت والفيديو، وضمان جداول الصيانة المثلى والترقيات في الوقت المناسب والامتثال للمعايير الصناعية.
- إنشاء وإدارة وتحسين ميزانيات عمليات الصوت والفيديو وشراء المعدات والمبادرات الإدارية مع الحفاظ على المسؤولية المالية.
- التعاون بفعالية مع العملاء ومنظمي الفعاليات وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والإدارات المختلفة لفهم المتطلبات وتقديم حلول مخصصة.
- تشخيص وحل المشكلات الفنية بسرعة وكفاءة، وتقليل الاضطرابات التشغيلية وضمان استمرارية العمل.
- مواكبة التقنيات السمعية والبصرية الناشئة واتجاهات الصناعة وأفضل الممارسات، وتنفيذ حلول مبتكرة تعزز قدرات المؤسسة.
- ضمان الامتثال الصارم لأنظمة السلامة والمعايير الصناعية والمتطلبات المحلية الخاصة بسوق الرياض.
- تقديم إرشادات فنية متخصصة ودعم للمشاريع والمبادرات السمعية والبصرية المعقدة وعالية المخاطر.
- تطوير وتوثيق وتنفيذ إجراءات تشغيل موحدة لجميع عمليات الصوت والفيديو، وتعزيز الاتساق والتميز التشغيلي.
- إجراء مراجعات أداء منتظمة وتقديم ملاحظات بناءة لأعضاء الفريق، ودعم نموهم المهني وتقدمهم الوظيفي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تقنية الصوت والفيديو أو الإلكترونيات أو الهندسة أو مجال وثيق الصلة.
- خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة الصوت والفيديو أو العمليات السمعية البصرية أو دور إشرافي مماثل.
- معرفة شاملة بأنظمة ومعدات وتقنيات الصوت والفيديو الحالية.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المشاريع وتنسيق إنتاج الفعاليات.
- تميز واضح في القيادة وإدارة الفريق وتطوير الموظفين.
- قدرات تحليلية قوية ومهارات استثنائية في حل المشكلات والتشخيص.
- إتقان إعداد الميزانيات والتخطيط المالي وإدارة الموردين.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في قطاع الضيافة أو الترفيه أو الفعاليات المؤسسية أو صناعة مشابهة.
- شهادات مهنية معترف بها في هذا المجال مثل CTS أو CTS-I أو CTS-D (مرغوب فيه بشدة).
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفهي وقدرات تعامل قوية.
- قدرة مثبتة على العمل بساعات مرنة تشمل المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع حسب الاحتياجات التشغيلية.
- مهارات تنظيمية قوية مع اهتمام دقيق بالتفاصيل والدقة.
- القدرة على التكيف مع المتطلبات الإقليمية والعمل بفعالية في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
- الاستعداد للانتقال إلى الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

- Bachelor's degree in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or a closely related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AV management, audio-visual operations, or a related supervisory role
- Comprehensive knowledge of audio-visual systems, equipment, and current industry technologies
- Proven expertise in project management and event production coordination
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, team management, and staff development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and vendor management
- Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, corporate events, or similar industry (preferred)
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CTS (Certified Technology Specialist), CTS-I, or CTS-D (highly desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
