أمازون تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف مركز تنفيذ (Fulfillment Center Supervisor) في الرياض، السعودية. ستعمل ضمن فريق العمليات وتدير المناوبات في مراكز التنفيذ أو الفرز أو التوصيل.

نحن نوسع فريقنا في عمليات أمازون! إذا كنت مهتمًا بالانضمام إلى عمل حيث يمكنك الاستمتاع وتحقيق نتائج مذهلة وإسعاد الآخرين، فقد تكون هذه الوظيفة مناسبة لك. ستشرف على إدارة المناوبات في أحد مراكز التنفيذ (المرحلة الأولى) أو مراكز الفرز (المرحلة المتوسطة) أو محطات التوصيل (المرحلة النهائية). يقود متخصصو العمليات نبض عملياتنا على الأرض ويلعبون دورًا رئيسيًا في توصيل طلبات العملاء في كل خطوة من السلسلة. هذه وظيفة متنوعة ومليئة بالتحديات، وكل يوم مختلف!
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء وتعزيز بيئة عمل آمنة من خلال تحديد فرص السلامة في منطقة العمل.
- إدارة وتدريب الموظفين للمساعدة في تقديم أفضل خدمة للعملاء.
- ضمان تنفيذ طلبات العملاء وفقًا لمعايير الجودة والسلامة.
- توفير معلومات حيوية متعلقة بالمناوبات باستمرار للإدارة المباشرة والمشغلين.
- تعديل توزيع العمالة خلال المناوبات لتلبية الخطط والتوقعات وتجاوزها.
- التواصل مع وظائف الدعم أو الإدارات الأخرى لمعالجة القضايا المشتركة في مجالات الأداء الرئيسية مثل جاهزية منطقة العمل و 5S والسلامة والتدريب.
- المساعدة في حل تحديات اللوجستيات وسلسلة التوريد من خلال تحليل البيانات والابتكار وتحسين العمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في استخدام Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- القدرة على رفع أوزان تصل إلى 49 رطلاً، والوقوف/المشي خلال المناوبات التي تستمر حتى 12 ساعة، والقدرة على الدفع والسحب والانحناء والوصول بشكل متكرر.
- العمل 40 ساعة في الأسبوع، مع ساعات إضافية حسب الحاجة.
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- العمل بجداول مرنة تشمل عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والليالي والعطلات الرسمية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة بتقنيات Lean و Six Sigma و Kaizen.

- Create and cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
- Manage and train our Associates to help deliver the best service for our customers
- Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in line with quality and safety guidelines
- Continuously provide critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
- Adjust labor allocation throughout your shifts to meet and exceed plans and forecasts
- Engage with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g. process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
- Help to solve logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation and process optimization
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience
- Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
- High school or equivalent
- Work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques
