Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of aluminium fabricators engaged in shipbuilding and ship repair projects.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication plans, and technical specifications.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily fabrication activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure accurate cutting, fitting, assembling, welding, and installation of aluminium structures.
- Inspect fabricated components to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments to resolve fabrication issues.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of fabrication tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Monitor productivity and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Enforce company safety procedures and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
- Prepare daily work reports and monitor manpower utilization.
Educational Requirements
- Diploma
- Diploma
- Diploma / Trade Certificate in Fabrication, Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience Requirements
- 7 to 12 year(s)

Experience Requirements
- 7-12 years of experience as an Aluminium Fabricator Foreman.
- Proven experience in Shipyard, Marine, Offshore, or Heavy Steel/Aluminium Fabrication projects is mandatory.
- Previous supervisory experience leading fabrication teams is required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication and welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
- Experience with aluminium cutting, fitting, welding, grinding, and finishing.
- Knowledge of MIG/TIG welding techniques for aluminium.
- Strong leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Ability to maintain quality standards and achieve production targets.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good written and spoken English.
