Role Description :

The Accountant role at Amana Light is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include recording and reviewing daily financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing invoices and payment reconciliations. The role involves maintaining accurate ledgers, assisting in monthly and annual closing activities, and preparing financial reports for management. The Accountant will monitor budgets, support cash flow tracking, and ensure compliance with local accounting standards and internal policies. The position also includes collaborating with internal teams, responding to audit requests, and helping improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications :

• Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and expense tracking.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with solid Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi accounting standards, basic tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
• Ability to prepare clear financial reports, support budgeting, and contribute to financial analysis.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work professionally with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Previous experience in a trading, manufacturing, or lighting solutions company is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
