نبذة عن الوظيفة
تقدم KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) حلولاً شاملة وذات قيمة مضافة عبر دورة حياة الأصول بالكامل. يضمن رئيس صيانة المنطقة تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة اليومية (تصحيحية ووقائية وتنبؤية للأجهزة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأجهزة والمعدات الدوارة) في مصنع بتروكيماويات من قبل المقاول، مع الالتزام بقواعد السلامة والبيئة والجودة لضمان توفر القطاع وموثوقيته واستمرارية التشغيل.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تنفيذ جميع مهام الصيانة المسندة للمقاول والمتعلقة بالأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والأجهزة في مصنع البتروكيماويات وفقاً لمعايير الشركة.
- إعداد تقارير منتظمة في نظام CMMS حول تنفيذ الصيانة في مصنع SATORP.
- تقديم الدعم المطلوب لمشرف التخطيط والجدولة.
- دعم قسم الموثوقية بالشركة في تحليل الأداء السيئ (bad actor analysis).
- إعداد تقرير أسبوعي ومناقشته في اجتماع الصيانة.
- إدارة الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع.
- مراجعة وتعزيز معرفة الموظفين من خلال التدريب الخاص بالوظيفة بالتنسيق مع رئيس الموارد البشرية.
- الالتزام بمتابعة جميع متطلبات السلامة في مرحلة تنفيذ المهام.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- سعودي الجنسية فقط.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز - للمؤهل الثانوي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز - للدبلوم.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 أعوام في صيانة قطاع النفط والغاز - لدرجة البكالوريوس.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة جيدة بمعدات التكرير والفريق وإدارة عقود الصيانة وقواعد السلامة.
- منظم واستباقي وذو مهارات تواصل ممتازة.
- مهارات قيادية مثبتة مع المؤسسات الكبيرة.
- نضج في الحكم تحت الضغط والقدرة على حل المشكلات.
- تفكير استراتيجي ومنفتح على الأفكار الجديدة.
- القدرة على تحقيق نتائج الأعمال في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.

Responsibilities
- Execution of all maintenance jobs assign to contractor related to mechanical, electrical and instrumentation of Petrochemical plant in accordance with Company standard.
- Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution at SATORP’s Plant
- Provide required supports to planning and scheduling supervisor.
- Support to company reliability department for bad actor analysis.
- Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting.
- Manage day to day site activities.
- Review and enhance knowledge of personnel by job specific Training by coordinating with Head of HR
- Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase.
- Minimum 20 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - High School.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Diploma.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance - Bachelor Degree.

- Good knowledge of the equipment’s of the refining, Team, Piloting of maintenance contracts, good knowledge of the safety rules
