تعلن FAENA عن توفر وظيفة Pool & Beach Attendant (مرافق المسبح والشاطئ) في المملكة العربية السعودية. نحن نبحث عن موظفين مهتمين بالخدمة للانضمام إلى فريق الترفيه الفاخر في منتجع FAENA The Red Sea، حيث يتم تصميم كل تجربة ضيف بعناية لإلهام الاسترخاء والتواصل ولحظات لا تُنسى بجانب البحر.

في FAENA The Red Sea، يتم تصميم كل تجربة ضيف بعناية لإلهام الاسترخاء والتواصل ولحظات لا تُنسى بجانب البحر. نحن نبحث حالياً عن مرافقي مسبح وشاطئ مهتمين بالخدمة ويتمتعون بروح المبادرة للانضمام إلى فريق الترفيه الفاخر. يتحمل هذا الدور مسؤولية الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة ونظيفة ومرحبة في المسبح والشاطئ مع تقديم خدمة استثنائية للضيوف تتماشى مع معايير الضيافة الفاخرة في FAENA وتوقعات فوربس.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف ومساعدتهم في مناطق المسبح والشاطئ، وخلق جو دافئ ومهني.
- مراقبة نشاط الضيوف لضمان السلامة والامتثال لجميع لوائح المسبح والشاطئ.
- الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم وعرض أسطح المسبح ومناطق الشاطئ وكراسي الاستلقاء والكبائن والمرافق المحيطة.
- تجهيز كراسي الاستلقاء والمناشف والمظلات ووسائل راحة الضيوف لضمان أقصى درجات الراحة والاسترخاء.
- التأكد من توفر المناشف ومحطات المياه ومستلزمات الضيوف بشكل كامل وجاهز طوال فترات الخدمة.
- تفقد مرافق المسبح والشاطئ بانتظام والإبلاغ عن أي مشكلات صيانة أو تشغيلية فوراً.
- مراقبة ظروف مياه المسبح وإبلاغ أي مخاوف للقسم المعني.
- الاستجابة بهدوء وكفاءة لحالات الطوارئ أو حوادث الضيوف أو مخاوف السلامة عند الحاجة.
- تقديم المساعدة الأساسية في الإسعافات الأولية والدعم الطارئ حتى وصول المساعدة الإضافية إذا لزم الأمر.
- مساعدة الضيوف في الاستفسارات والاتجاهات والحجوزات والطلبات الترفيهية العامة.
- دعم تنسيق خدمة الطعام والشراب عند الحاجة لتحسين تجربة الضيف.
- ضمان الامتثال لجميع إجراءات الصحة والنظافة والسلامة والتشغيل في جميع الأوقات.
- الإبلاغ عن الحوادث أو المخاطر أو الأنشطة غير العادية للمشرفين فوراً.
- تقديم خدمة استباقية وشخصية ومنتبهة لضمان تجربة ضيف فاخرة وسلسة.
- التمسك بمعايير FAENA في المظهر الشخصي والعرض ومعايير الضيافة الفاخرة في جميع الأوقات.
- ضمان الامتثال الكامل لمعايير فوربس، والحفاظ على جودة خدمة استثنائية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل والتميز التشغيلي في جميع الأوقات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في بيئة المسبح أو النادي الشاطئي أو المنتجع أو الترفيه أو الضيافة الفاخرة (مفضلة).
- معرفة أساسية بإجراءات السلامة في المسبح وبروتوكولات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- الحصول على شهادة إسعافات أولية أو إنقاذ (ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في العمل ضمن فندق حاصل على معايير فوربس أو بيئة منتجع فاخر (ميزة قوية).
- مهارات تواصل باللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة (شرط أساسي)؛ اللغات الإضافية تعتبر ميزة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في خدمة العملاء والتواصل الشخصي.
- القدرة على البقاء هادئاً ومهنياً في حالات الطوارئ.

Job Description

We are currently seeking attentive and service-oriented Pool & Beach Attendants to join our luxury recreation team. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming pool and beach environment while delivering exceptional guest service in line with FAENA’s luxury hospitality standards and Forbes expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests across pool and beach areas, creating a warm and professional atmosphere.
- Monitor guest activity to ensure safety and compliance with all pool and beach regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of pool decks, beach areas, loungers, cabanas, and surrounding facilities.
- Set up loungers, towels, umbrellas, and guest amenities to ensure maximum comfort and relaxation.
- Ensure towels, water stations, and guest supplies are fully stocked and readily available throughout service periods.
- Inspect pool and beach facilities regularly and report maintenance or operational issues promptly.
- Monitor pool water conditions and communicate any concerns to the relevant department.
- Respond calmly and efficiently to emergencies, guest incidents, or safety concerns when required.
- Provide basic first aid assistance and emergency support until additional help arrives if necessary.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, reservations, and general recreational requests.
- Support food and beverage service coordination where required to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, safety, and operational procedures at all times.
- Report incidents, hazards, or unusual activities to supervisors immediately.
- Deliver proactive, personalised, and attentive service to ensure a seamless luxury guest experience.
- Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.
- Ensure full compliance with Forbes standards, maintaining exceptional service quality, attention to detail, and operational excellence at all times.
- Previous experience in a pool, beach club, resort, recreation, or luxury hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
- First aid or lifeguard certification is advantageous.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Professional grooming and appearance aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
- Experience working within a Forbes standard hotel or luxury resort environment is highly advantageous.
- Fluent English communication skills required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
