About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist - Enterprise Solutions Management to support the development, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise applications and digital solutions across the organization. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications and digital solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to ensure solutions align with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and business teams to define solution requirements and technical specifications.
• Support UI/UX design activities and coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Develop prototypes, wireframes, and proof-of-concepts to validate solution requirements.
• Participate in application development, testing, deployment, and enhancement activities.
• Design automation and systemization solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Conduct system testing, sprint testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation and version control repositories.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise applications.
• Support ERP and enterprise platform implementation and integration initiatives.
• Gather user feedback and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of relevant experience in Enterprise Applications, Software Development, Business Applications, ERP Systems, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
