شركة Tech Pipeline تبحث عن Junior Project Manager (مدير مشاريع مبتدئ) للعمل عن بُعد (الموقع: الشرقية الدمام السعودية) في مشروع مع عميل صناعي رائد لتحسين العمليات الداخلية وحل المشكلات التقنية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
في هذا الدور، ستساعد في إدارة دورة حياة المشروع للتدخلات التقنية. لا تقدم Tech Pipeline استشارات مجردة، بل تحدد أين تتعطل البيانات، ولماذا تتعطل سلاسل البريد الإلكتروني، ولماذا لا تتواصل الأنظمة مع بعضها. ستكون مسؤولاً عن تنظيم هذه المهام لكل من فريقنا الداخلي والمشغلين من جهة العميل. يتطلب العمل درجة عالية من التخطيط التقني، وتتبع قواعد التوجيه المحددة، وضمان سد كل فجوة تكامل قبل تسليم النظام للعميل. نظراً لأننا نعمل عن بُعد، فإن قدرتك على توثيق التقدم بوضوح والاحتفاظ بسجل دقيق للمشروع أمر أساسي لنجاح المهمة. تعمل Tech Pipeline على مبدأ أن أفضل طريقة لإدارة المشروع هي البقاء قريباً من الواقع التقني للعمل. لا نؤمن بالاجتماعات اليومية غير المجدية؛ بدلاً من ذلك نعتمد على التوثيق الدقيق والتحديثات الأسبوعية المكتوبة. يقدر فريقنا العمل العميق والتواصل غير المتزامن الواضح. نبقى مع العميل خلال الشهر الأول من التشغيل الفعلي لضمان ثبات الإصلاحات، ثم ننتقل إلى التحدي التالي.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تتبع حالة الإصلاحات التقنية، مثل تحديثات قواعد التوجيه وتسوية قواعد البيانات.
- الحفاظ على سجل المشروع لضمان تخصيص ومعالجة كل نقطة احتكاك محددة في السجلات.
- صياغة تحديثات حالة بلغة واضحة وسهلة تشرح العقبات التقنية لفريق العمليات لدى العميل.
- تنظيم توثيق سير العمل الجديد لضمان وجود مصدر موثوق للعميل.
- مراقبة قوائم المتراكمة للمشروع لتحديد المشكلات المتكررة التي قد تشير إلى فشل نظام أعمق.
- متابعة أعضاء الفريق للتحقق من أن التكاملات الجديدة للنظام تعمل كما هو مقصود.
