شركة IHG Hotels & Resorts تعلن عن وظيفة مضيف الحجوزات (موهبة محلية) في منتجع Six Senses Amaala في المملكة العربية السعودية، للعمل وفق رؤية المنتجع التي تركز على الاستدامة والعافية والتجارب الاستثنائية، مع الالتزام بإرشادات العلامة التجارية ومبادئ الضيافة العاطفية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل التقارير اليومية لقسم الحجوزات والأقسام التشغيلية وقسم المبيعات والتسويق.
  • معالجة الحجوزات الجديدة وتحديثها وتنظيفها ومعالجة الودائع المقدمة والرد على رسائل البريد الإلكتروني الواردة للحجوزات خلال 24 ساعة ومعالجة تقارير عدم الحضور وتعليقات ORS والعمولات والمهام الأخرى ذات الصلة.
  • المساعدة في توزيع الغرف ومراجعة الطلبات الخاصة وحجز الغرف الثابتة حسب الحاجة.
  • التواصل مع الضيوف أو وكلاء السفر لتوضيح أي اختلافات في التفضيلات أو الطلبات قبل وصول الضيوف.
  • تتبع توفر الغرف المستقبلية بناءً على الحجوزات.
  • مراقبة وتحديث نظام الحجوزات عبر الإنترنت بالتنسيق مع الزملاء المعنيين.
  • المساعدة في تحديد أسعار الغرف بناءً على استراتيجيات البيع في المنتجع.
  • المساعدة في إدارة نظام تاريخ الضيوف وملفاتهم الشخصية.
  • ضمان إتمام جميع الحجوزات اليومية بمعلومات الضيوف اللازمة وبيانات الملفات ورموز السعر/السوق/المصدر بدقة وكفاءة.
  • الالتزام بإرشادات ومعايير خدمة وتشغيل سيكس سينسز وتحقيق معايير الأداء المطلوبة والالتزام الصارم بمعايير LQA وتعليقات الضيوف.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في بيئة مماثلة. يُفضل الحصول على دبلوم أو درجة في الضيافة من مدرسة ضيافة معترف بها.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، ويُفضل معرفة لغات إضافية.
  • هذه الوظيفة مخصصة للسعوديين فقط وفقًا لقانون العمل السعودي وبرنامج السعودة ورؤية 2030.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تقنية تشمل استخدام MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • الإلمام بأنظمة الفنادق المختلفة مثل PMS و GDS ومنصات CRS.
  • المعرفة بسياسات الحجوزات والخصومات ومنصات MICE وإجراءات الحجوزات المحلية والدولية.

As Reservation Host, I will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them and our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness.

Duties And Responsibilities

As Reservation Host, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

  • Run daily reports for Reservation department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing.
  • Process new reservations, update and clean up reservations, process advance deposits, answer reservations inbox emails within 24 hours, process reports (No Shows, ORS Comments, Commission, etc.) and other reservation related duties as assigned.
  • Assist in all allocation of rooms.
  • Check and handle for special requests and hard blocking rooms as needed.
  • Contact guests or travel agents to clarify any discrepancies in preferences or requests before guests’ arrival.
  • Track future room availabilities based on reservations.
  • Monitor and update internet reservation system in coordinate with respected hosts.
  • Assist in determine room rates based on the selling tactics of the resort.
  • Assist in the management of the guest history and profile system.
  • Ensure all reservations daily are completed with all necessary guest information, profile information and rate/market/source codes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Reservation Host, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 years’ experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Technical skills include MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS and CRS platforms. I have knowledge of hotel/resort and policies regarding reservations, discounts, MICE platforms and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings.
  • Fluent in English; I understand that additional languages are preferred.
