المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء تحليلات سوقية تفصيلية وتحديد أهداف مبيعات طموحة وتطوير استراتيجيات فعالة لتوليد الإيرادات.
  • بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها، والتفاوض على العقود، وتحديد فرص الأعمال الجديدة.
  • التعاون الوثيق مع مختلف أقسام الفندق، والمشاركة في الأنشطة الترويجية، والمساهمة في اجتماعات استراتيجية الإيرادات.
  • مراقبة أداء المبيعات، وتحليل البيانات، وإنشاء تقارير لتقييم فعالية الاستراتيجيات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات، ويفضل في مجال الضيافة.
  • مهارات اتصال استثنائية، وقدرات تفاوضية قوية، ومهارات شخصية ممتازة.
  • إتقان تحليل اتجاهات السوق وتتبع مقاييس أداء المبيعات.
  • القدرة على قيادة وإلهام ودعم فريق المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف المشتركة.

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at voco Al Khobar This role requires someone with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed market analyses, set ambitious sales targets, and develop effective revenue generation strategies.
