تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن وظيفة مشغل ماكينات CNC خماسية المحاور (5 Axis Machinist) في مكة - مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نحن في Lucid Motors نعمل على قيادة مستقبل التنقل الفاخر والكهربائي. نبحث عن مشغل ماكينات CNC خماسية المحاور ذو خبرة عملية قوية في مجال التصنيع باستخدام الحاسب الآلي. سيعمل هذا المنصب تحت إشراف مدير الصيانة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • العمل من النماذج الصلبة والرسومات الفنية والرسومات الهندسية وغيرها من الوثائق لإنتاج مجموعة متنوعة من النماذج الأولية وقطع الإنتاج.
  • تحليل المواصفات المكتوبة والرسومات والرسومات التقريبية والتعليمات الشفهية لتحديد تسلسل العمليات.
  • العمل مع تفاوتات +/- 0.10 مم في معظم الحالات ومتطلبات أقل تكرارًا +/- 0.01 مم.
  • خبرة واسعة في برمجة التصنيع متعدد المحاور المتزامن (Live multi-axis machining)، وليس فقط 3+2.
  • فهم وتطبيق تقنيات التصنيع متعدد المحاور المتقدمة بالإضافة إلى طرق HSM/HEM.
  • الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة.
  • تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات داعمة ومهنية مع الفنيين والمصممين والمهندسين.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو GED مطلوبة.
  • تدريب مهني في الخراطة أو خبرة 4+ سنوات كمشغل ماكينات مطلوبة، ويفضل درجة البكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.
  • القدرة على العمل بجدول زمني مرن، ساعات إضافية، وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع عند الحاجة.
  • خبرة في مجال الختم (Stamping) و/أو التصنيع المعقد مرغوبة.
  • خبرة مثبتة في حل المشكلات واستكشاف الأخطاء.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان عالي لبرامج HyperMill، NX، Tebis أو WorkNC.
  • معرفة متعمقة برموز G/M بالإضافة إلى البرمجة البارامترية، الماكرو، وبناء الجملة بعد المعالجة (post processor syntax).
  • فهم جميع جوانب إعداد الماكينة وتشغيلها بما في ذلك إعداد الأدوات.
  • القدرة على تشغيل الأجزاء حسب المواصفات من ملفات CAD والرسومات الميكانيكية والرسومات.

Lucid Motors is seeking a highly motivated 5-Axis Machinist, Vehicle Integration with an understanding of fundamental shop knowledge. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate is extremely hands-on with solid experience in CNC machining.

You Will

  • Work from solid models, technical drawings, engineering sketches, and other such documentation to produce a variety of prototype and production parts.
  • Analyze written specifications, drawings, rough sketches, and verbal instructions to determine operation sequences.
  • Work with tolerances of +/- .10 mm in most cases with less frequent requirements of +/-.01 mm.
  • Extensive experience programming live multi-axis machining, not just 3+2.
  • Understand and implement high level multi-axis machining techniques as well as HSM/HEM methods.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
  • Develop and maintain supportive, professional relationships with technicians, designers and engineers.

You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Machinist Apprenticeship or 4+ years’ experience as a Machinist required, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, overtime, and weekends when necessary.
  • Experience in Stamping and/or complex manufacturing preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting experience.
  • High degree of proficiency with HyperMill, NX, Tebis or WorkNC
  • In-depth knowledge of G/M code along with parametric programming, macros and post processor syntax
  • Understand all aspects of machine setup and operation including tool setup
  • Ability to machine parts to specification working from CAD files, mechanical drawings and sketches
  • Ability to read, understand, and create technical mechanical drawings, including orthographic projections, sectional views, part notes and dimensions and tolerances
  • High degree of knowledge in workpiece fixturing and jig and fixture design
  • Understanding of milling, turning, single-point threading, knurling, broaching, grinding, cutting, etc. and detailed functional knowledge of most common machine shop tools and machines
  • Understanding of metrology, GD&T and the ability to use conventional machinist's measuring instruments
  • Ability to perform calculations using geometry, trigonometry, algebra, and basic mathematics
  • Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines on multiple projects
