تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East في مدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية (مكة) عن توفر وظيفة فني طوارئ حريق (Fire ERT Technician)، للعمل ضمن فريق البيئة والصحة والسلامة في بيئة صناعية متطورة للسيارات الكهربائية الفاخرة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التخطيط والتنفيذ الدوري لفحص واختبار وصيانة جميع أنظمة الحماية من الحرائق، بما في ذلك أنظمة الإنذار، الرشاشات، الحنفيات، طفايات الحريق، أنظمة الإخماد الغازي، كاشفات الدخان، مضخات الحريق، وأنظمة الإضاءة الطارئة.
  • الحفاظ على جداول الصيانة الوقائية وقوائم المراجعة التفصيلية لأنظمة الحريق والطوارئ.
  • حفظ سجلات دقيقة لتقارير الفحص وشهادات الخدمة والسجلات ونتائج الاختبارات.
  • إجراء تفتيشات سلامة حريق روتينية في أرضيات الإنتاج والمستودعات والمناطق الخدمية والمكاتب.
  • تحديد مخاطر الحريق والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • ضمان أن مخارج الطوارئ وطرق الإخلاء ونقاط التجمع محددة بوضوح ويسهل الوصول إليها وخالية من العوائق.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات NFPA وOSHA وECZA والدفاع المدني واللوائح المحلية الأخرى.
  • دعم المنشأة في التحضير للمراجعات الداخلية والفحوصات الخارجية ومراجعات سلامة الحريق التنظيمية.
  • العمل كقائد ميداني أثناء حوادث الحرائق، تسرب المواد الخطرة، أحداث الانفلات الحراري (thermal runaway)، أو حالات الطوارئ الأخرى إلى أن يُستبدل بسلطة أعلى.
  • قيادة وتنسيق تدريبات الحريق والانفلات الحراري والإخلاء بالتعاون مع فريق البيئة والصحة والسلامة.
  • تجهيز المناطق عالية الخطورة مثل غرف البطاريات ودهانات السيارات ومناطق الجهد العالي بمعدات الطوارئ.
  • تدريب الموظفين على استخدام طفايات الحريق وإجراءات الإخلاء والاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ.
  • فحص واختبار وصيانة مركبات الإطفاء وأجهزة التنفس الذاتي (SCBA) ومعدات الحماية الشخصية والخراطيم والفوهات وغيرها من معدات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
  • المشاركة في تحقيقات الحوادث التي تنطوي على حريق أو خروقات أمنية أو أحداث طارئة؛ والمساهمة في تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وخطط الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
  • التعاون مع فريق البيئة والصحة والسلامة لدمج إجراءات الإطفاء والاستجابة للطوارئ في برامج السلامة الأوسع.
  • تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء تقييمات المخاطر، وتصاريح العمل الساخن، ودخول الأماكن المغلقة، ومعالجة المواد الخطرة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة في علوم الحريق أو الحماية من الحرائق أو هندسة السلامة (يفضل البكالوريوس).
  • شهادة رجل إطفاء معتمد المستوى I & II (NFPA أو ما يعادلها)؛ شهادة فني طوارئ طبية (EMT) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في الإطفاء والاستجابة للطوارئ في بيئات صناعية أو تصنيعية (يفضل خبرة في السيارات الكهربائية).
  • معرفة عميقة بسلوك حرائق بطاريات الليثيوم أيون، ومخاطر الحرائق الكهربائية ذات الجهد العالي، وأنظمة الإطفاء الصناعية.
  • معرفة قوية بمعايير NFPA وOSHA وECZA وأنظمة الدفاع المدني المحلية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على تشغيل أنظمة الإطفاء والمركبات والمعدات في ظروف الطوارئ.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute periodic inspection, testing, and maintenance of all fire protection systems, including fire alarm systems, fire sprinklers, hydrants, fire extinguishers, gas suppression systems, smoke detectors, fire pumps, and emergency lighting systems.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and detailed checklists for fire and emergency systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection reports, service certificates, logs, and test results.
  • Conduct routine fire safety inspections across production floors, warehouses, utility areas, and offices.
  • Identify fire hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure fire exits, evacuation routes, and assembly points are clearly marked, accessible, and unobstructed.
  • Ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA, ECZA, Civil Defense, and other local regulatory requirements.
  • Support the facility in preparing for internal audits, external inspections, and regulatory fire safety reviews.
  • Act as on-scene commander during fire incidents, hazardous material spills, runaway thermal events, or other emergencies until relieved by higher authority.
  • Lead and coordinate fire, thermal runaway, and evacuation drills in cooperation with the EHS team.
  • Ensure high-risk areas such as battery rooms, paint shops, and high-voltage zones are equipped and emergency-ready.
  • Train employees on fire extinguisher use, emergency evacuation, and response procedures.
  • Inspect, test, and maintain firefighting vehicles, SCBA, PPE, hoses, nozzles, and other emergency response equipment.
  • Participate in incident investigations involving fire, safety breaches, or emergency events; contribute to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action plans.
  • Collaborate with the EHS team to integrate firefighting and emergency response measures into broader safety programs.
  • Provide technical support during risk assessments, hot work permitting, confined space entry, and hazardous materials handling.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Fire Science, Fire Protection, or Safety Engineering (bachelor’s preferred).
  • Certified Firefighter I & II (NFPA or equivalent); Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification is a plus.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in firefighting and emergency response in industrial or manufacturing environments (EV/automotive experience strongly preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge of lithium-ion battery fire behavior, high-voltage electrical fire risks, and industrial fire suppression systems.
  • Strong knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, ECZA, and local Civil Defense codes and regulations.
  • Proven ability to operate firefighting systems, vehicles, and equipment under emergency conditions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.
  • Physically fit to perform firefighting and emergency response duties.
