Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled One Identity IAM & PAM Engineer to implement, administer, and support One Identity Identity and Access Management (IAM) and One Identity Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure identity lifecycle management, privileged access governance, and day-to-day operational support while maintaining the security, availability, and performance of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain One Identity IAM solutions.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for One Identity IAM and One Identity PAM environments.
• Manage user identities, roles, access provisioning, and de-provisioning.
• Administer privileged accounts, credential vaults, and privileged session management.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform availability.
• Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patch management.
• Integrate IAM and PAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and other enterprise applications.
• Support onboarding of applications and systems into the IAM/PAM platform.
• Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and least privilege principles.
• Assist with incident investigation, access reviews, and audit requests.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure access management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Hands-on experience with One Identity IAM implementation and administration.
• Experience supporting One Identity PAM solutions in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, and identity federation concepts.
• Experience with user lifecycle management, access governance, and privileged account management.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos is an advantage.
• Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• One Identity Certified Professional (Preferred)
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• CompTIA Security+
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or equivalent IAM certification (Preferred)
