شركة REGUL SOLUTIONS، المزود الرائد لخدمات الرعاية الصحية في المملكة، تبحث عن ممرض/ممرضة قانوني (Staff Nurse) حاصل على شهادة Prometric للعمل في المدينة السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم رعاية مباشرة للمرضى في أقسام الجراحة الطبية، العناية المركزة، الطوارئ، أو وحدات التخصص تحت إشراف الأطباء.
- إعطاء الأدوية، مراقبة العلامات الحيوية، وإجراء التقييمات السريرية وفق بروتوكولات المستشفى ومعايير وزارة الصحة السعودية.
- توثيق تقدم المرضى بدقة في السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية والامتثال لمتطلبات شهادة Prometric.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتنسيق خطط الرعاية، تثقيف المرضى، والتأهيل للخروج.
- الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ باستخدام الحكم السريري والالتزام بسياسات السلامة ومكافحة العدوى في المستشفى.
- المشاركة في التدريبات الإلزامية، تدريبات الإنعاش، والتطوير المهني المستمر للحفاظ على الترخيص وأهلية Prometric.
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة Prometric سارية ونشطة.
- رخصة هيئة التخصصات الصحية السعودية سارية المفعول أو أهلية.
- شهادة الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي الأساسي (BLS).
- شهادة دعم الحياة القلبي المتقدم (ACLS).
- خبرة في أنظمة السجلات الصحية الإلكترونية (EHR).
- مهارات التوثيق السريري وتقييم المرضى.
- خبرة في العناية المركزة أو الطوارئ (مفضل).
- خبرة في تمريض الأطفال أو الأورام (مفضل).
- إجادة اللغة العربية بمستوى أساسي إلى محادثة (مفضل).

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care across medical-surgical, ICU, ER, or specialty units under physician supervision.
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and perform clinical assessments in alignment with hospital protocols and Saudi MOH standards.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR) and maintain compliance with Prometric certification requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans, patient education, and discharge readiness.
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical judgment and adhere to hospital safety and infection control policies.
- Participate in mandatory training, code blue drills, and continuous professional development to maintain licensure and Prometric eligibility.
Must-Have
- Prometric Certification (Valid & Active)
- Active Saudi MOH License or Eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems
- Clinical Documentation & Patient Assessment
- ICU or ER Experience
- Pediatric or Oncology Nursing Exposure
- Arabic Language Proficiency (Basic to Conversational)
