المهام والمسؤوليات
- تولي مسؤولية توثيق منطقة منتج واحدة أو أكثر، والعمل كشريك توثيق مخصص لفرق المنتج.
- التعاون مع المهندسين ومديري المنتجات والمصممين لفهم تطورات المنتج وضمان دقة التوثيق ومواءمته مع الإصدارات.
- بناء خبرة عميقة في مجالات المنتج المخصصة من خلال اختبار التقنيات وإنشاء توثيق يعتمد على احتياجات المستخدمين الفعلية.
- إدارة مشاريع التوثيق بدءًا من التخطيط والكتابة وحتى المراجعة والنشر والصيانة المستمرة.
- الدعوة إلى توثيق يركز على المستخدم، وإدخال وجهات نظر العملاء في نقاشات المنتج.
- تحسين هيكل التوثيق ووضوحه واكتماله باستمرار باستخدام التحليلات والملاحظات والرؤى الداخلية.
- التعاون مع كتاب تقنيين آخرين ومتخصصي التوثيق لمشاركة أفضل الممارسات وتحسين المعايير.
- دعم صيانة وتطوير البنية التحتية للتوثيق، بما في ذلك أدوات البناء وسير العمل الخاصة بالنشر ومنصات التوثيق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في الكتابة التقنية، مع ملف أعمال يشمل توثيقًا للمطورين مثل أدلة المستخدم، أدلة التثبيت، مراجع API، دروس تعليمية، أو مقالات تقنية.
- خبرة في فهم واختبار وتوثيق المنتجات البرمجية والبيئات التقنية المعقدة.

- Hands-on knowledge of technologies such as Java, Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and related developer tools.
- Experience writing documentation for SaaS products, on-premise software, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Ability to adapt content for different audiences, including software engineers, developers, business analysts, and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with docs-as-code workflows, Git, Markdown, AI-assisted workflows, and documentation frameworks such as Docusaurus.
