Role Description The Customer Service Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The individual in this role will greet and assist members and visitors, handle inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels, and provide accurate information about gym services, programs, schedules, and membership options. Daily responsibilities include resolving member concerns, processing registrations and payments, updating customer records, and coordinating with coaches and operations staff to ensure a smooth member experience. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, supporting retention initiatives, and maintaining a professional, service-oriented environment at the front desk and member areas.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and in general Customer Service roles.
• Ability to provide effective Customer Support and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
• Focus on delivering a positive Customer Experience across in-person, phone, and digital interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse member groups.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing bookings, memberships, and documentation.
• Comfort with basic computer systems and customer management or point-of-sale software.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, including evenings or weekends as required by gym operations.
• Prior experience in sports, fitness, hospitality, or retail environments is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
• Saudi Nationality.
