• Act as the point of contact for the business unit, providing advice and guidance on the local organizational climate and necessary action plans required to enhance the employee experience.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance, and partner with the legal department as needed.
• Provide performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Work with business leaders to enhance organizational & people capability and build a high-performance culture.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition function regarding new hires, promotions, and transfers.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Ensure all roles have clear accountabilities and job Descriptions.
• Maintain employee records physically and on the system ensuring financial, legal, administrative, and audit regulations.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Center of Excellence to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

• 6-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant field.
• Experience and capability to resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines, including Compensation & Benefits, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management.
