As a Senior Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will target experienced professionals with a strong background in project management within manufacturing environments, particularly those familiar with transformer technology. How You’ll Make An Impact

• Plan, organize, and control resources for business projects within the manufacturing plant.
• Develop detailed project schedules and define project scope aligned with business needs.
• Oversee project implementation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Monitor project status, including cost, timing, and staffing, reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and maintain cost controls.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reporting and auditing purposes.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proven expertise in project lifecycle management and financial oversight.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
