شركة Used Plants تعلن عن فرصة عمل في مجمع إنتاج حامض النيتريك (NA) وحامض النيتريك المركز (CNA) ونترات الأمونيوم (AN) في الرياض النعايم، المملكة العربية السعودية. يتكون المجمع من خطين إنتاجيين مخصصين للمنتجات الصناعية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المجمع يضم مصنعي حامض النيتريك وحامض النيتريك المركز، بالإضافة إلى مصنع نترات الأمونيوم. مصنع حامض النيتريك: طاقة إنتاجية 460 طن/يوم بتركيز 100%، العملية وفق تقنية UHDE. يتكون من خطين إنتاجيين، كل خط يشمل: ضاغط طرد مركزي (GHH)، شعلة مع محفز، غلاية بخار (15 طن/ساعة/شعلة)، مبادل حراري غاز/غاز، مبادل حراري (مكثف)، برج أكسدة، برجي امتصاص، ومعدات إزالة أكاسيد النيتروجين (Denox). مصنع حامض النيتريك المركز: طاقة إنتاجية 120 طن/يوم من CNA و10 طن/يوم من N2O4. ينتج منتجين: حامض النيتريك المركز بتركيز يصل إلى 98.5% (HNO3)، ورباعي أكسيد النيتروجين بتركيز يصل إلى 99.5% (N2O4). مصنع نترات الأمونيوم: العملية وفق تقنية UHDE، مزود بمعادلَين (Neutralizers) لكل منهما قدرة إنتاج 10 طن/ساعة من النترات (إجمالي 480 طن/يوم). بعد المعادل، يصل تركيز النترات إلى حوالي 80%. يتم التكثيف الأول بواسطة مبادل حراري مغذى بالبخار لرفع التركيز إلى 91%، ثم التكثيف الثاني بواسطة مبادل حراري آخر لرفع التركيز إلى 97.5%، ويستخدم هذا المنتج فقط في عملية التحبيب (Prilling).

The complex has two production schemes dedicated to industrial products:
Nitric acid / concentrated nitric acid plants
Ammonium nitrate solution / technical ammonium nitrate plants.
Nitric Acid Plant
Capacity production: 460 t/day @ 100% Concentration
- The process is UHDE. The plant is composed of 2 line production lines, each line consisting of:
1 burner for catalyst.
1 boilers for production of steam (15t/h/burner)
1 exchanger gas/gas
1 exchanger (condenser)
1 tower for oxidation
2 tower for absorption
1 equipment for denox
Concentred Nitric Acid Plant
Capacity production: 120 t/day of CNA and 10 t/day of N2O4
- This plant can produce 2 products:
- Concentred Nitric acid up to 98.5% (HNO3)
- Nitrogen tetroxide up to 99.5% (N2O4)
- The process is UHDE
Each neutralizer can produce 10 t/h of nitrate (total 480 t/d).
After the Neutralizer the nitrate concentration is around 80%
First concentration: Exchanger feed by steam increase the concentration up to 91%.
Second concentration: Exchanger feed also by steam increase the concentration up to 97.5 %, this product is used only for prilling.
