Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Trainer to design and deliver high-quality training programs in Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, possesses strong technical expertise in AI, and can translate complex concepts into practical, hands-on learning experiences. The trainer will prepare learners for real-world AI careers through project-based instruction and technical mentorship.

Responsibilities

● Deliver instructor-led training in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.

● Teach both foundational and advanced AI concepts through practical, project-based learning.

● Guide trainees in building production-ready AI applications.

● Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive technical feedback.

● Support learners throughout their training journey and encourage continuous improvement.

● Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● 3+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.

● Experience delivering technical training, workshops, bootcamps, or mentoring.

● Strong proficiency in Python and common AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or LangChain.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to explain complex technical concepts to learners with different levels of experience.

Preferred Skills

● Experience building AI-powered applications.

● Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Milvus, or FAISS.

● Experience with MLOps concepts and model deployment.

● Experience using Docker and Git.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
