A Service Advisor is a professional who assists customers to understand their car’s maintenance or repair options and answers customer questions before they are scheduled with a Technician.

Job Accountabilities & Key Results Area

·      Responsible to conduct diagnosis to identify the root cause, repair to be done and parts to be replaced.

·      Confirm the diagnoses with the customer to ensure the customer is aware of the repair to be done by using appropriate diagnostic check sheet.

·      Provide customers with detailed information about services and repairs necessary for their vehicles.

·      Introduce the new services to the customers to promote the upselling. 

·      Greeting customers, listening to their needs and scheduling appointments as needed.

·      Work directly with customers to understand their needs and provide our Service Technicians with the information required to provide excellent service.

·      Answer questions about service outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up.

·      Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.

Follow up with customers regarding estimate approvals, service updates, and completed work.
