Role Purpose:

Ensure producing quality products as per plan with optimum utilization of available resources

Accountabilities:

• Develop task list and work schedules for the shift to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Drive and ensure minimum waste through following the Manufacturing SOPs
• Drive high efficiency and asset life through reviewing production process, machine basic maintenance and changeover activities
• Manage the production plan received, through comminuting with other departments to ensure meeting the timeline
• Maximize productivity and efficiency through shift planning schedule
• Manage and maintain the ERP system to ensure right input/output data (quantity - downtime reason - raw material)
• On time reporting of the daily production performance
• Analyze daily production downtime during daily meeting and generate action plans to ensure prevention of reoccurrence
• Adhere to World Class Manufacturing practices & TPM and comply with PepsiCo Best Practices
• Carry out all task as per standard operating procedures and adherence to company policy, HSE/ FS/GMP standards
• Assess, coach and train team members on technical skills

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial)
• 3 - 5 years experience in FMCG
• Computer skills
• Experience in ERP System
