نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى المهندس تقديم حزم تصميم هندسي للطرق للمشاريع الحضرية والريفية من مرحلة المفهوم حتى IFC، مع التنسيق مع فرق الصرف والمرافق والهياكل والمرور، وتجهيز حزم التقديم للجهات المحلية. يشترط إتقان Autodesk Civil 3D وخبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تصميم وتطوير مشاريع الطرق والسريعات مع الالتزام بالمعايير المحلية والدولية.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتقديم حلول بنية تحتية عالية الجودة.
- استخدام برامج هندسية متقدمة لإعداد تصاميم تفصيلية للطرق والسريعات.
- تنفيذ تصاميم طرق مستدامة ومبتكرة.
- إعداد التقارير الفنية والحسابات التصميمية ووثائق المشروع.
- المساهمة في إعداد مقترحات المشاريع ووثائق المناقصات.
- مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات في هندسة الطرق والسريعات.
- إعداد الرسومات الإنشائية ودعم المهندسين في حسابات الكميات وجداول الكميات (BOQs).
- دعم تقديمات RGA/TGA.
- التعاون مع المهندسين ومديري BIM وفرق GIS وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان تبادل سلس للبيانات والنماذج.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة فنية ومعرفة هندسية في مبادئ تصميم الطرق تشمل: اختيار السرعات التصميمية والتشغيلية، مسافات الرؤية، حسابات التوقف والقرار.
- إنتاج المحاور الأفقية والرأسية والقطاعات الطولية والعرضية، وحسابات التعلية (superelevation) وتطبيقاتها، والقطاعات النموذجية، والانتقالات.
- خبرة في هندسة التقاطعات والدوارات، توازن المسارات، التخزين والمدببات، فتحات الوسط، وإدارة الوصول.
- إتقان برنامج Autodesk Civil 3D لتصميم الطرق والبنية التحتية المدنية، مع قدرة مثبتة على تطوير وصيانة نماذج الطرق والمدنية في البرنامج (المحاور، الممرات، القطاعات، التفاصيل).
- معرفة بمبادئ صرف مياه الأمطار / صرف الطرق.
- معرفة المعايير المحلية والدولية وكيفية تطبيقها على مخرجات التصميم (مثال: SHC، AASHTO، BS/EN وغيرها).
- خبرة في إعداد المذكرات الفنية وتقارير التصميم.
- خبرة 8-10 سنوات بعد التخرج.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة في تخطيط العلامات المرورية والعلامات الأرضية وتخطيط السلامة على جوانب الطرق.
- إلمام ببرنامج InfraWorks للتصميم المفاهيمي والأولي.
- خبرة في تصميم صرف مياه الأمطار.
- معرفة بتصميم الرصف وفق معايير AASHTO / SHC.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop road and highway projects, ensuring compliance with local KSA and international standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions
- Utilize advanced engineering software to create detailed road and highway designs
- Implement sustainable and innovative road design
- Prepare technical reports, design calculations, and project documentation
- Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and tender documents
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in road and highway engineering
- Prepare construction drawings and support engineers with quantity take-offs and BOQs.
- Support RGA/TGA submission
- Collaborate with engineers, BIM managers, GIS teams, and stakeholders for seamless data and model exchange.
- Technical experience & engineering knowledge in road design principles, including:
- Select/design & operating speeds, sight distances, stopping/decision checks.
- Produce horizontal & vertical alignments, profiles, superelevation (calc + application), typical sections, transitions.
- Experience with junction/roundabout geometry, lane balance, storage/tapers, median openings, and access management.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D for road and civil infrastructure design with demonstrable skills to develop and maintain roadway and civil models in Autodesk Civil 3D (alignments, corridors, profiles, cross-sections, detailing.
- Knowledge of stormwater/road drainage principles.
- Knowledge of local and international standards and how to apply them to design outputs. (Example: SHC, AASHTO, BS/EN, etc)
- Experience with producing technical notes and design reports.
- Experience with signing/marking and roadside safety layouts.
- Familiarity with InfraWorks for conceptual and preliminary design.
- Stormwater design experience.
- Knowledge of AASHTO/SHC pavement design.
- Experience 8-10 years post-graduate
