شركة Surbana Jurong (SJ Group) الرائدة عالمياً في استشارات التطوير العمراني والبنية التحتية تبحث عن Senior Fire & Life Safety Engineer (مهندس سلامة حياة ومكافحة حرائق أول) للعمل في مشروع JEDCO في جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
سيكون شاغل الوظيفة القائد الفني الرئيسي لمشروع JEDCO في جدة، حيث يتولى مسؤولية قيادة تصميم أنظمة السلامة من الحرائق وحماية الأرواح (Fire & Life Safety)، وضمان الامتثال للوائح التنظيمية، والتنسيق متعدد التخصصات عبر مشاريع التطوير العمراني المختلطة واسعة النطاق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة والإشراف على تصميم أنظمة السلامة من الحرائق وحماية الأرواح من مرحلة المفهوم حتى التسليم.
- ضمان الامتثال لكود البناء السعودي (SBC) ومتطلبات الدفاع المدني ومواصفات NFPA والمعايير ذات الصلة.
- العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية للسلامة من الحرائق مع العملاء والجهات المختصة وأصحاب المصلحة.
- تنسيق متطلبات السلامة من الحرائق عبر فرق الهندسة المعمارية، والميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP)، والإنشائية، والبنية التحتية.
- مراجعة والموافقة على استراتيجيات السلامة من الحرائق والتقارير ومخرجات التصميم.
- تقديم القيادة الفنية والإرشاد لفرق المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو هندسة الحرائق أو تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في هندسة السلامة من الحرائق وحماية الأرواح.
- خبرة مثبتة في تسليم مشاريع واسعة النطاق في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويفضل أن تكون في جدة.
- خبرة واسعة في العمل مع الدفاع المدني السعودي والجهات المحلية.
- خلفية قوية في أدوار قيادية أو أولى للسلامة من الحرائق في مشاريع تطويرية معقدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة خبيرة بأنظمة ومبادئ هندسة السلامة من الحرائق وحماية الأرواح.
- فهم عميق لكود البناء السعودي (SBC) وNFPA ومتطلبات الدفاع المدني وكودات الحرائق الدولية.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنسيق متعدد التخصصات وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- قدرة على قيادة الفرق الفنية وإدارة مراجعات التصميم والاعتمادات.

The Role
The Senior FLS (Fire & Life Safety) Engineer will be a key technical lead on the JEDCO Project in Jeddah. The role is responsible for leading Fire & Life Safety design, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating multidisciplinary interfaces across large-scale mixed-use and urban developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee Fire & Life Safety design from concept through delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense, NFPA, and relevant standards.
- Act as the main FLS interface with clients, authorities, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate FLS requirements across architectural, MEP, structural, and infrastructure teams.
- Review and approve FLS strategies, reports, and design deliverables.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fire Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
- 20+ years’ experience in Fire & Life Safety engineering.
- Proven delivery of large-scale projects in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Jeddah.
- Extensive experience working with Saudi Civil Defense and local authorities.
- Strong background in senior or lead FLS roles on complex developments.
- Expert knowledge of Fire & Life Safety systems and engineering principles.
- Strong understanding of SBC, NFPA, Civil Defense, and international fire codes.
- Excellent multidisciplinary coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage design reviews and approvals.
