About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining the highest levels of product excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food safety regulations, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food quality assurance or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory requirements such as HACCP, ISO 22000, and local food safety laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and MS Office applications.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and standards.
• Train staff on quality standards, safety procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
• Participate in product development to ensure quality standards are integrated from the outset.
