Chedi Hospitality تعلن عن وظيفة مدير أمن (للسعوديين فقط) في فندق The Chedi Hegra، السعودية. ستعمل في موقع مباشر (ON-SITE) لضمان سلامة وأمن النزلاء والموظفين والممتلكات، مع تعزيز ثقافة إدارة المخاطر الاستباقية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات أمنية شاملة.
  • قيادة وتدريب والإشراف على أفراد الأمن لضمان مستويات عالية من اليقظة والالتزام بالبروتوكولات.
  • الإشراف على عمليات المراقبة وضمان عمل جميع معدات الأمن بكفاءة.
  • مراقبة وتقييم المخاطر المحتملة وتقديم حلول عملية للتخفيف من التهديدات.
  • التعاون مع السلطات المحلية وخدمات الطوارئ حسب الحاجة.
  • إنشاء وصيانة أنظمة الإبلاغ عن الحوادث وإجراء التحقيقات اللازمة عند الضرورة.
  • تنظيم تدريبات السلامة الدورية، بما في ذلك الإخلاء من الحرائق وتمارين الاستجابة للأزمات.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع اللوائح القانونية والتنظيمية والصحية والسلامة ذات الصلة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الأمن، ويفضل في قطاع الضيافة الفاخرة.
  • معرفة قوية ببروتوكولات الأمن، والاستجابة للطوارئ، وإدارة الأزمات.
  • قدرات قيادية ممتازة مع سجل حافل في إدارة وتحفيز الفرق.
  • مهارات استثنائية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل.
  • القدرة على البقاء هادئاً وحاسماً أثناء حالات الطوارئ.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة سابقة في العمل في الشرق الأوسط أو في مواقع التراث العالمي لليونسكو.
  • شهادة مهنية في إدارة الأمن (مثل CPP أو PSP أو ما يعادلها).
  • مهارات في اللغة العربية.
  • شهادة في الإسعافات الأولية أو مكافحة الحرائق.
  • خبرة في نشر أنظمة وتقنيات أمنية حديثة.

Role Overview

As a Security Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of The Chedi Hegra, working closely with the onsite team. As part of our team in The Chedi Hegra, you'll work in an ONSITE environment to safeguard guests, staff, and property while promoting a culture of proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures.
  • Lead, train, and supervise security personnel to ensure high standards of vigilance and protocol adherence.
  • Oversee surveillance operations and ensure all security equipment is fully functional.
  • Monitor and assess potential risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services as required.
  • Establish and maintain incident-reporting systems and conduct thorough investigations when necessary.
  • Organize regular safety drills, including fire evacuation and crisis response exercises.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, statutory, and health and safety regulations.

Must have requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in security management, preferably within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and crisis management.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and decisive during emergencies.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have requirements

  • Previous experience working in the Middle East or within UNESCO Heritage sites.
  • Professional certification in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP, or similar).
  • Arabic language skills.
  • First Aid or firefighting certification.
  • Experience deploying modern security technologies and systems.
