المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة استراتيجية إدارة المجتمع على مستوى المدينة عبر المناطق والأصول ومجموعات أصحاب المصلحة
- الإشراف على إدارة المجتمع عبر المناطق متعددة الاستخدامات والمجتمعات السكنية وأصول الوجهات وعمليات المدينة الأوسع
- إدارة العلاقات مع السكان والمستأجرين ومشغلي الأصول والجهات الحكومية وفرق التطوير والعمليات الداخلية
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في قيادة إدارة المجتمع عبر مشاريع التطوير الحضري واسعة النطاق
- خبرة في إدارة المناطق متعددة الاستخدامات أو المجتمعات السكنية أو أصول الوجهات أو عمليات المجتمع على مستوى المدينة
- درجة علمية في التخطيط الحضري أو العقارات أو العلاقات العامة أو إدارة الأعمال أو الإدارة العامة أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة في إدارة السكان أو المستأجرين أو مشغلي الأصول أو الجهات الحكومية أو فرق التطوير والعمليات الداخلية

This role is central to building strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups and ensuring community strategy supports the broader vision for destination development, operational excellence, and sustained engagement.
Responsibilities
As Director - City Community Management, you will help define how community experience is delivered across a complex, high-profile urban environment. Responsibilities
- Lead city-wide community management strategy across districts, assets, and stakeholder groups
- Oversee community management across mixed-use districts, residential communities, destination assets, and broader city operations
- Manage relationships with residents, tenants, asset operators, government entities, and internal development and operations teams
- 12+ years of experience leading community management across large-scale urban developments
- Experience managing mixed-use districts, residential communities, destination assets, or city-wide community operations
- Degree in urban planning, real estate, public relations, business administration, public administration, or a related field
- Experience managing residents, tenants, asset operators, government entities, or internal development and operations teams
