Job Overview:
Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning and development initiatives across the Club. Ensure employees are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to perform effectively and support the Club's development objectives.

Drive learning and development programmes, competency-based development initiatives, leadership development activities, coaching and mentoring programmes, and individual development planning to support employee growth and capability enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development Strategy

• Develop and maintain the Learning & Development strategy and approach
  
• Develop the annual development plan and budget.
  
• Identify learning priorities and development requirements across the Club.
  
• Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
  

Training & Development

• Conduct skills and training needs analysis across the organization.
  
• Develop and manage the annual training calendar and associated budget.
  
• Coordinate and deliver learning and development programmes.
  
• Monitor the effectiveness and completion of training activities.
  

Competency Framework & Assessments

• Develop and maintain competency frameworks and competency libraries.
  
• Coordinate competency assessments and development planning activities.
  
• Support leaders and employees in identifying competency development needs.
  
  
  

Individual Development Planning

• Ensure Individual Development Plans (IDPs) are developed and maintained for employees.
  
• Support leaders and employees in identifying appropriate development opportunities.
  
• Monitor the implementation and progress of development plans.
  

Leadership Development

• Design and implement leadership development programmes.
  
• Support leadership assessments and leadership effectiveness initiatives.
  
• Develop programmes aimed at strengthening leadership capability across the Club.
  

Coaching & Mentoring

• Develop and coordinate coaching and mentoring initiatives.
  
• Support employees and leaders in development and growth activities.
  
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  

Career & High-Potential Development

• Support the implementation of career paths and career ladders.
  
• Develop and coordinate high-potential development programmes.
  
• Design development interventions that enhance employee growth and development.
  

Induction & Learning Programmes

• Design and implement induction and development programmes for employees.
  
• Coordinate learning activities with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  
• Ensure learning programmes are effectively delivered and continuously improved.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  
• 5-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or related areas.
  
• Experience designing and implementing learning and development programmes.
  
• Experience delivering learning programmes
  
• Experience conducting training needs analysis and competency-based development initiatives.
  
• Experience working with leaders and employees on development and capability-building activities.
